4.1.3 Comments on the current status of ecotourism activities at My Le Ecotourism Area
My Le Eco-tourism Area is a new tourist area but has many types of services and products for tourism, so there are quite a lot of visitors to the tourist area. However, the organization and management of tourism at My Le Eco-tourism Area is still lacking due to the lack of staff with expertise in tourism, most tourists come here to visit on their own. Low revenue leads to a lack of funds for building and developing tourism business activities.
The infrastructure of the tourist area is only temporary, serving the needs of tourists, there needs to be many marketing plans and attracting new investment to be able to develop strongly in the future. The tourist area is located in a difficult place to travel and quite far from major tourist centers, so the tourism industry here depends a lot on sustainable management and the introduction of tourism potentials such as landscape, climate, flower gardens, plant reserves and entertainment services. Although the tourist area has been and is being exploited, the tourism potential here promises a lot of prospects, currently there are many opportunities to exploit to develop tourism, creating interesting experiences for tourists interested in coming to My Le Eco-tourism Area.

Impact on natural tourism environment
Tourism activities create good effects on the rational use and optimal protection of resources and the environment in tourist areas. Increase the level of biodiversity.
in tourist areas thanks to projects with landscape parks, bird and animal breeding areas or biodiversity conservation through artificial cultivation for tourism purposes.
Adding beauty to the landscape of the tourist area thanks to projects that often require the creation of additional gardens, landscape parks, lakes, and artificial waterfalls. Tourism actively contributes to the renovation and development of urban landscapes and landscapes at tourist destinations such as renovating houses into new tourist facilities, improving the environment for both tourists and local residents by increasing public sanitation facilities, information roads, energy, improved waste and wastewater treatment facilities, and providing environmental services. Limiting the spread of local pollution in residential areas if synchronous infrastructure and technical solutions are applied.
Increase land use efficiency by using unused vacant land. Reduce pressure due to over-exploitation of resources from economic activities in tourism development areas if technical solutions in water supply and drainage are used. Tourism development leads to control of tourist areas to protect the environment. so that the tourist area management board can understand all environmental aspects related to the trip, helping them make appropriate choices.
Provide full information to tourists about the need to respect cultural heritages and natural landscapes, scenic spots, environment, and customs of tourist destinations.
Implement the rules and regulations of tourist areas, tourist attractions, tourist cities, and tourist accommodation establishments on protecting the tourism environment. Have time to restore resources appropriately. Strengthen statistical work, and apply advanced methods of science and technology in preserving and promoting tourism resources.

4.3 Assess the impacts of tourism activities on the environment and resources of the tourist area
4.3.1 Liquid waste
Wastewater supply system of the resort according to tourist data in 2012:
+ Average 50 guests stay at the resort every day. Water supply standard 200l/person/day.
+ Number of employees of the resort: 63 people. Water supply standard: 120l/person/day.
+ Average daily water demand for cooking is 155 people. Water standard is 25l/person/day.
- Demand for domestic wastewater:
QSH = 50 x 200 + 63 x 120 + 155 x 25 = 13435 liters = 21.435m 3
- Public water:
QCC = 10%QSH = 10%* 21,435 = 2,1435 (m 3 /day and night).
- Water for watering plants and cleaning roads:
QTC = 10%QSH = 2.1435 (m 3 /day and night).
- Water leakage and backup:
QRR = 10%QSH = 2.1435 (m 3 /day and night).
The total amount of water used is about 28 (m3 / day and night). This amount of water does not include the amount of water used for the swimming pool because the swimming pool is not currently in operation. Currently, the wastewater treatment system of My Le Tourist Area with its operating capacity cannot meet the amount of wastewater generated by the Tourist Area, so the wastewater has not been thoroughly treated or there are places in the Tourist Area that have not been treated.
