IV. SOLUTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS TO IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY OF VEGETARIAN FOOD BUSINESS IN HO CHI MINH CITY AND VIETNAM IN GENERAL
3. Solutions to improve business efficiency

When identifying the unique features of vegetarian cuisine, we need to have appropriate strategies to improve business efficiency and develop vegetarian cuisine such as:
1.5 Strategy to promote the identity of vegetarian cuisine
1.6 Strategy to diversify vegetarian food products
1.7 Strategy to improve service quality and human resources system
1.8 Food quality management measures
4. Some recommendations
2.1 For the state
The State needs to create conditions for hotel and restaurant businesses to borrow capital with preferential policies on interest rates and terms.
The State needs to increase the budget for tourism promotion and propaganda at home and abroad in many different forms such as: newspapers, magazines, on television, advertising and introducing images via Video, CD-Rom, outdoors, via the internet, etc.
The State needs to strengthen international friendship and cooperation, strengthen and expand exchanges with countries around the world to contribute to improving Vietnam's position in the international market.
The State must seize every opportunity and exchange with other countries so that the world knows about Vietnamese tourism products in general and culinary culture in particular.
2.2 For vegetarian food businesses
In tourism activities, people are an irreplaceable factor, the quality of people will greatly determine the quality of service. Factors affecting the quality of people are professional qualifications, skills, and foreign language communication skills. Therefore, restaurants need to regularly train employees, improve their skills and encourage and create opportunities for employees to learn foreign languages such as: English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc.
CONCLUDE
Vegetarian cuisine has truly had and is having positive impacts on people's lives. It not only brings us delicious, pure meals, but above all it also brings health and mental benefits.
After doing this project, I was really convinced by the profound philosophy of vegetarian cuisine. Through vegetarian cuisine, I feel closer to nature, nurturing in my soul a great love for animals. This will be a precious medicine to help people overcome all physical and mental illnesses.
I hope that in the near future, many people will turn to vegetarian dishes to contribute to making this world greener.
