* Conclusion: Factors and evaluation criteria with a rate of <50% are all excluded from the research framework on the performance of the supply chain of the food processing industry in the Red River Delta and the Mekong Delta. Thus, there are 02 measurement factors: Satisfaction (3 scales) and Finance (6 scales); 03 factors affecting the performance of the supply chain of the food processing industry in the Red River Delta and the Mekong Delta: Chain configuration (3 scales); Chain relationship (6 scales) and Chain coordination (4 scales).

* Views on the subject were investigated through questionnaires to conduct quantitative research.

Managers of tourism service enterprises, managers of tourism transportation service enterprises, managers of hotels providing accommodation services, managers of tourism entertainment service enterprises (10/10 experts commented). The purpose of the thesis is to improve the performance of the tourism supply chain, which also brings satisfaction and financial benefits to the members participating in the chain.
