4.2.6. Strengthen promotional activities
Promotional activities have become an indispensable part of a product development strategy. In order to effectively promote tourism, Van Don needs to focus on the following solutions:
Van Don needs to invest funds and human resources in investigating, analyzing and identifying target markets that prefer community-based ecotourism. In reality, visitors to this type of tourism are mainly Europeans... From there, develop appropriate promotion strategies and tourism programs to focus all promotional resources on key markets.

Chapter III Conclusion
Through the issues presented in Chapter II, we can come to some conclusions:
Based on the strengths of available tourism resources, the types of tourism in Tien Lang that need to be promoted in the coming time are sightseeing and resort tourism, discovery tourism, weekend tourism. To improve the quality and diversify tourism products, Tien Lang district needs to combine with local cultural tourism resources, at the same time combine with surrounding areas, build rich tourism products. The strengths of Tien Lang tourism are eco-tourism and cultural tourism, so developing Tien Lang tourism must always go hand in hand with restoring and preserving types of cultural tourism resources. Some necessary measures to support and improve the efficiency of exploiting tourism resources in Tien Lang are: strengthening the construction of technical facilities and labor force serving tourism, actively promoting and advertising tourism, and expanding forms of capital mobilization for tourism development.
CONCLUDE
I Conclusion
1. Based on the results achieved within the framework of the thesis's needs, some basic conclusions can be drawn as follows:
Tien Lang is a locality with great potential for tourism development. The relatively abundant cultural tourism resources and ecological tourism resources have great appeal to tourists. Based on this potential, Tien Lang can build a unique tourism industry that is competitive enough with other localities within Hai Phong city and neighboring areas.
In recent years, the exploitation of the advantages of resources to develop tourism and build tourist routes in Tien Lang has not been commensurate with the available potential. In terms of quantity, many resource objects have not been brought into the purpose of tourism development. In terms of time, the regular service time has not been extended to attract more visitors. Infrastructure and technical facilities are still weak. The labor force is still thin and weak in terms of expertise. Tourism programs and routes have not been organized properly, the exploitation content is still monotonous, so it has not attracted many visitors. Although resources have not been mobilized much for tourism development, they are facing the risk of destruction and degradation.
2. Based on the results of investigation, analysis, synthesis, evaluation and selective absorption of research results of related topics, the thesis has proposed a number of necessary solutions to improve the efficiency of exploiting tourism resources in Tien Lang such as: promoting the restoration and conservation of tourism resources, focusing on investment and key exploitation of ecotourism resources, strengthening the construction of infrastructure and tourism workforce. Expanding forms of capital mobilization. In addition, the thesis has built a number of tourist routes of Hai Phong in which Tien Lang tourism resources play an important role.
Exploiting Tien Lang tourism resources for tourism development is currently facing many difficulties. The above measures, if applied synchronously, will likely bring new prospects for the local tourism industry, contributing to making Tien Lang tourism an important economic sector in the district's economic structure.

Proposing solutions to contribute to preserving and developing Thang Long Tu Tran into a unique tourism product of Hanoi - 11
In addition, Van Don needs to research and select information channels to promote its products. It is a fact that tourists, especially international tourists, come to Van Don with the motive of participating in eco-tourism and exploring traditional cultural identities, but information about Van Don is quite limited. If there is any information on the websites, it is only a few lines of incomplete introduction and is only for informational purposes. Currently, officially, only the Quang Ninh electronic information page shares information about Van Don, but it is also incomplete, because the main purpose of this website is to call for investment, not to promote tourism. Van Don district still does not have its own website to promote and advertise its strengths. This is not too difficult a problem for the district's leadership departments and branches. Therefore, it is necessary to have an information channel that effectively and fully reflects the large number of potential tourists.
Travel companies, as a bridge between supply and demand, understanding tourist tastes, must play a consulting and supporting role in terms of promotion methods and target markets. Local people are also the subjects carrying out the promotion task by increasingly improving service quality and professional skills to maximize tourist satisfaction because tourist satisfaction with community tourism products makes tourists become reputable and trustworthy non-professional advertisers for this tourist destination. Therefore, product quality is also one of the special and effective promotion methods.

4.3. Proposing a model to develop community-based eco-tourism in Quan Lan commune, Van Don, Quang Ninh.
Community-based ecotourism activities in Van Don have developed in the beginning, but are still fragmented, not yet a systematic system and have not been widely replicated. Most people participate because they realize that they have profits and can ensure their lives, but they do not clearly understand their role in developing ecotourism in their place of residence. Therefore, the author would like to propose a model in a commune of Van Don district. This model can be applied in other communes of the district with similar conditions, in order to develop community-based ecotourism in Van Don with the goal of helping this type of tourism develop further in the region, while helping local communities participate more actively to improve their material and spiritual life, increase income, increase access to social services, and contribute a small part to the implementation of the goal of hunger eradication and poverty reduction in the district.
Location : Quan Lan Commune, Van Don, Quang Ninh has about more than 5,000 people.
People live mainly on farming, gardening and fishing. There are tourism activities but they are not systematic.
Life is still the poorest for households newly settled on the island or deep in the commune.
Has beautiful and very wild natural scenery.
Target :
Create more jobs, increase income and contribute to poverty reduction for the community.
Restore and promote traditional cultural values.
Raising public awareness in environmental protection and sustainable development.
Improve capacity to manage and organize tourism activities.
Strengthen state management.
Seek support and participation of relevant stakeholders
Van Don District People's Committee: to call for support in building infrastructure and organizing the community. In addition, the District People's Committee also plays a role in creating a legal corridor for the model's operations.
Quan Lan Commune People's Committee: to mobilize ideas, human resources and equipment, other factors related to infrastructure and material.
Quan Lan Commune People's Community: to promote enthusiastic participation with responsibility, not only for the benefit of participating households but also for the benefit of the whole community, they benefit from exposure and provision of tourism services.
Travel and tourism companies: to find customers, this is also a very important step, travel companies not only play the role of bringing tourists to the island commune but also have to be responsible for the community, for the place where they exploit resources. Travel and tourism companies can support product development and are responsible for organizing tours.
Tourists: participating as visitors, tourism also plays a role as a supporter for people to improve their lives through the use of services, and can convey healthy ideas to people.
Sponsors in the initial stages of implementing the model: provide financial resources for the most basic services, transparent financial management through reports and monitoring. Can be non-governmental organizations, businesses interested in community development.
Activities to be performed
The first activity is to conduct surveys, assess potential, identify markets and design products for each area. The implementation of the model begins with identifying and establishing a core including service providers, management, operations and advisory boards with the participation of stakeholders. The teams and groups, after being established, were trained in the necessary skills; carefully prepared for the local situation, the capacity of the people and with the support of advisory board members, built routes,
attractions in the area, conduct business planning and implement market outreach activities, and sell products.
Raising awareness: through conferences with community participation, study tours to other relevant communities on ecotourism development: find partners to do training work to train the community, raise community awareness on ecotourism development.
Planning: To identify the potential and concerns for community tourism development as well as to develop action plans to put these potentials into practice, establish the principles of benefit sharing for community funds, which tourist routes to exploit, the scale of the organization...
Community organization: to establish tourism service groups and community tourism management boards.

Building tours to visit eco-tourism sites in the area such as: tourist routes, seafood farming sites such as: geoducks, snails, fish cage farming sites...
Product development includes training in performing traditional cultural and artistic activities; catering services; forming a Management team and building a community cultural house, possibly utilizing the commune's traditional house.
Organize trial tours, tours to introduce models to travel agencies, build websites for community tourism and eco-tourism.
Next planned activities:
Activities, models of promotion, introduction, connection of stakeholders, organizations, groups, and individuals volunteering in environmental protection activities to support service groups to have the opportunity to contact responsible tourists, cultural exchange, and improve service provision capacity.
Management meeting with public participation.
Organize awareness raising campaigns on community-based ecotourism with environmental protection activities through community-based ecotourism and coastal clean-ups.
Then, expand the model to communes with similar conditions, organize a campaign and share experiences with communities in other communes in the district. Develop products, link with tourist attractions in the region to form tourist routes. Connect stakeholders, organizations, groups, and volunteer individuals.
Organize a meeting to summarize and evaluate implementation results.
Chapter 4 Summary:
Chapter 3 of the thesis has solved the fourth research task of the thesis, which is to propose some solutions for the development of community-based eco-tourism in Van Don, in which the author emphasized proposing a model.
for tourism development in a commune of Van Don, this model can be applied to other communes with similar conditions.
The recommendations made for all subjects participating in ecotourism activities in Van Don, namely state tourism management agencies, local authorities, local communities and tourists, are aimed at orienting and ensuring a sustainable development of community-based ecotourism in the future.
CONCLUDE
Nowadays, world tourism in general and Vietnam tourism in particular are moving and developing in a sustainable direction. Reality has proven that the community contributes a significant part to the development of the tourism industry, they provide services to tourists, at the same time protect resources and the environment, contributing to attracting tourists. They are the subject and also the object for tourism development.
Within the framework of his research work. The author has solved the task of preliminary research on the theory of community-based tourism, and analyzed the potential for developing community-based tourism in Van Don and the current status of developing this type of tourism in Van Don. On that basis, the author has proposed some basic recommendations to enhance and encourage more active participation of local communities in developing community-based tourism. This is also the solution of the main research task of the thesis.
Van Don has great potential for developing community-based ecotourism. With the advantage of abundant natural resources including pristine natural areas, it is very suitable for organizing ecotourism activities to visit, learn, research, raise awareness and knowledge about resources, environment, ecology. At the same time, Van Don people possess traditional cultural values imbued with the identity of coastal people that have been passed down for generations. At the same time, Van Don is interested in development by the state, considered one of the key economic regions of the North, the district has more favorable conditions to develop community-based ecotourism.
In addition, infrastructure, technical facilities and tourism services of Van Don are gradually being invested in, creating favorable conditions for the development of tourism activities in general and community-based ecotourism in particular. Human resources in the community-based tourism business, although limited in qualifications and expertise, are simple, hospitable and
understanding of local cultural traditions, very willing and eager to participate in contributing to the development of local community-based tourism, contributing to the overall development of the locality.
However, the current development of community-based ecotourism activities in Van Don is not commensurate with the potential that Van Don has. The benefits from tourism activities have not supported much in the conservation and development of local communities, and people have not actively participated in ecotourism activities. The participation of local communities in tourism activities here is still low, people only participate mainly in some stages, economic benefits are irregular and unstable according to the tourist season. The forms of participation are almost spontaneous.
In order for community-based ecotourism to develop commensurate with local potential, it is necessary to have comprehensive solutions to orient development, attract and utilize local human resources to participate in tourism activities, attract the participation of local communities, contribute to environmental protection, and moreover, improve the environment and living conditions of local people. At the same time, management agencies need to create appropriate development policies and promote the image and activities of community-based ecotourism in the locality.
Developing sustainable community-based ecotourism is one of the tasks that need to be implemented in the development strategy of Van Don district to contribute to stabilizing people's lives and reducing poverty in the district. Hopefully, in the near future, Van Don will become a community-based ecotourism center not only in Quang Ninh but also a model for Vietnam.
