modern such as: increasing investment in modern classrooms, equipping lecturers with advanced teaching aids such as: portable projectors, multi-purpose projectors, multi-purpose classrooms... Especially equipping modern machines in practice rooms, practice workshops such as: CNC practice center; CIM, CNC lab; CAM room; Practice workshop; Virtual CNC lab... Besides, it is also necessary to equip a modern library system with enough textbooks, documents, books, specialized magazines... to help students study and practice in the best environment.
With the characteristics of the technical sector, if the learning content does not have access to modern machinery, the training quality will not meet the output standards and will not meet the needs of an increasingly developing society.
In addition, spacious facilities and modern teaching aids also help students regularly practice their skills and approach new things. The school has full facilities to support the teaching and learning process, helping students know how to exploit knowledge, conduct research on their own, develop appropriate learning methods, effectively support the teacher's lectures, and enhance their creative thinking ability. Thereby helping them understand more clearly and deeply the teaching content, research and create practical conditions for new initiatives. Thereby contributing to improving the quality of education and training and developing training programs according to output standards for students.
Chapter 1 Conclusion
Building and developing a standard undergraduate training program in Mechanical Engineering Technology is an important content in the development strategy of technical universities, contributing to the successful implementation of the mission of training high-quality, qualified human resources, nurturing talents to meet the needs of the country in the integration period; with the core and leading role in fundamental and comprehensive innovation of the country's education. Developing a training program in Mechanical Engineering Technology will contribute significantly to improving the quality of training in the mechanical engineering industry, especially improving the qualifications of Vietnamese mechanical engineers, ready to work to meet the needs of domestic and international enterprises.
Based on the study of some related concepts, we believe that the development of the Mechanical Engineering program must include a system of program development methods, the content and training methods of technical professions must become a standard training process, based on the output standard requirements to design standard input institutions, learning environment; and teaching methods.
Developing a program in Mechanical Engineering Technology according to the CDIO approach, it is necessary to first determine the specific and detailed objectives when building the program in terms of awareness, skills, attitudes, and qualities. This objective must be consistent with the socio-economic development of the country and the actual situation of the locality. Implementing the development of a training program in Mechanical Engineering Technology must follow the process of developing a university training program: from surveying and assessing needs; to reviewing the current program; determining the purpose and objectives of the program; building the program; implementing the program; and evaluating and adjusting the program... On that basis, develop a training program, organize the implementation of the program, as well as clearly define the output standards for students.
To effectively develop the program of Mechanical Engineering, first of all, it requires the forces participating in the development of the training program to have the right awareness; at the same time, fully equip the facilities, the development of the program must be closely linked to practice and quality. At the same time, build a process to check and evaluate the results of the implementation of the training program. From there, we can see the effectiveness of developing the training program to meet the needs of socio-economic development in the period of industrialization and modernization of the country.

CURRENT STATUS OF DEVELOPMENT OF UNIVERSITY TRAINING PROGRAMS IN MACHINERY MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY AT UNIVERSITIES
THAI NGUYEN INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING
2.1. Overview of Thai Nguyen University of Industry and Mechanical Engineering
Thai Nguyen University of Industry, formerly known as the University of Electromechanics, was established on December 6, 1965 under Decision No. 164-CP of the Prime Minister of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. In 1976, the school was renamed Viet Bac University of Industry. In 1982, the school was named Thai Nguyen University of Industry. Since 1994, the school has been a member of Thai Nguyen University.
Thai Nguyen University of Technology has a campus of over 50 hectares, located in Thai Nguyen city - the cultural and economic center of Thai Nguyen province and the northern mountainous provinces, and is proud to be a multidisciplinary technical university. Currently, the school has 7 training majors in the faculties, including 24 undergraduate training majors, 5 master training majors and 3 graduate training majors. Along with 9 functional departments, 3 centers, 1 high-tech research and development institute in industrial technology and the school's permanent teaching staff (365 lecturers. Of which, 268 are bachelors, 260 are masters, 7 are associate professors, 6 are doctors, and 1 is professor). Currently, the school has trained for the country, especially the industry in the Northern mountainous region, over 30,000 engineers, 5,000 technicians, thousands of masters and doctors of engineering to serve the industrialization and modernization of the country. In 2016, the total number of full-time students of the school reached 7,071 students, 72 graduate students, 30 postgraduate students.
In particular, implementing the motto "Learning goes hand in hand with practice", the school invested in building a new: 1 separate experimental center with 7 laboratories for all majors such as: Electricity, Electronics, Mechanics, Construction with modern equipment such as: bar prototyping machine, open sim system, wire cutting machine, robot, CAD/CAM practice room, ABB, OMON, SIEMEN, LABVOL electrical equipment... The experimental center has the function of ensuring that students practice 11 professions suitable for the training system.
Currently, the school cooperates with many prestigious universities and research institutes in the country and around the world to transfer technology, exchange teachers and interns. Create opportunities for qualified students to practice and improve their skills. International cooperation activities have improved the effectiveness of training links, enhanced facilities as well as the quality of the teaching staff, creating conditions for the school to quickly integrate with the world's industrial engineering.
Since 2007, Thai Nguyen University of Industry is one of 23 top universities in Vietnam authorized by the Ministry of Education to import the Advanced Program in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering from New York University.
- United States. Therefore, the school has affirmed its position to become one of the training facilities for highly skilled human resources, meeting the practical requirements of the country.
The Manufacturing Technology Department is under the management of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering is one of the largest and oldest faculties of the University of Industrial Technology. The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering was officially established on October 30, 1972. The Faculty's mission is to train highly qualified Mechanical Engineering staff to meet the needs of industrialization, modernization of the country and the need for integration with the world. Not only
There are both quantity and quality of training of graduates.
Reality affirms and highly appreciates. Most of the technical staff trained by the Faculty are doing the right job. Moreover, the technical staff trained by the Faculty have made good use of the knowledge they have learned, making truly effective contributions to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
The training program of Mechanical Manufacturing Technology aims to train Mechanical Manufacturing Technology Engineers with strong political qualities, good moral character, good health and high professional qualifications, with high application and production implementation capabilities. Students are provided with knowledge about processing processes, materials, standard machine parts, technical standards, production planning, cost analysis and product quality management in mechanical processing.
Unlike the Mechanical Engineering training program which aims to train technical staff with solid theoretical knowledge to perform the main tasks of design,
Research and development of mechanical products; the Mechanical Manufacturing Technology program trains technology engineers with good ability in application and implementation in mechanical manufacturing practices.
