2. RECOMMENDATION

In the process of researching the current situation and proposing measures to manage physical education teaching activities in the Physical Education department of People's Security College I, the author found: to organize physical education teaching activities effectively and promote the effectiveness of the proposed thesis measures, the author would like to make the following recommendations:

- For the Ministry of Education and Training

The Ministry of Education and Training needs to continue to research, complete and supplement testing and exam regulations to suit the current conditions of Universities and Colleges to improve training quality.

- For the Ministry of Public Security

The Ministry of Public Security needs to regularly organize seminars and training classes on teaching methods of physical education for students of People's Public Security schools. Introducing an effective teaching management model for physical education instructors.

- For People's Security College I

The teaching quality of the subject is also the general teaching quality of the school and is the result of the tireless efforts of all staff, lecturers and students of the school. Therefore, to help with team work

To organize effective physical education teaching activities, it is recommended that schools develop specific regulations to coordinate the activities of units in a synchronous and effective manner.

In the management of physical facilities - teaching equipment, the school needs to decentralize management more specifically and strengthen management decentralization for the subject, helping the subject to be more proactive in supplementing and effectively exploiting the resource of physical facilities - Teaching equipment serves teaching and learning activities in physical education.

Continue to pay more attention and invest more in the department's resources for teaching facilities and equipment

Create conditions for the department's educational staff to exchange, learn, attend training classes, and access modern sports science.

Create conditions for the physical education department to link with physical education faculties (subjects) of neighboring schools to exchange expertise and experience in teaching physical education.

- For Military, martial arts, and sports subjects

The department needs to have measures to manage teaching activities that are more suitable to the characteristics of the subject and have more regular professional activities.

Lecturers need to spend more time studying to improve their own professional qualifications.
