The solutions proposed to improve the quality of tourism programs are not individual solutions but synchronous solutions, with mutually binding relationships.

Field trip report
1. Reason for organizing the trip
In today's era of industrialization and modernization, tourism has become an indispensable need of every human being. Because after days of hard work and stress, when having free time, people just want to rest and relax. Therefore, the need for people to travel is increasing day by day. As students of the Faculty of Tourism - Hotel, University of Economics, we are always proud to be trained by teachers in lectures on tourism profession, how to arrange and organize a trip for guests, tour guides, how to manage work in hotels... so that later when we graduate and work in the tourism field, we can bring joy and comfort to people's moments of relaxation after stressful working days. As students preparing to graduate, in order to improve their practical knowledge in the field of tourism and at the same time improve the quality of training in the field of Tourism and Hotel Business Administration, the Board of Directors of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel organized a field trip for K45 students, with the consent of the Board of Directors of the National Economics University. After this trip, each student will give their own feelings about all the activities during the trip.
2. Plan to organize a field trip for K45 students
Any trip that wants to be successful cannot be without careful and thoughtful preparation. With extensive experience in organizing practical travel trips for students, the teachers of the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality have come up with some plans as follows:
- Select and provide destination route with itinerary:
Hanoi - Phong Nha - Truong Son Cemetery - Hue - My Son - Hoi An - Vinh - Lotus Village - Hanoi.
These destinations are chosen because they are tourist destinations of natural, cultural and historical significance.
- The trip duration is 5 nights and 6 days (from March 6 to March 11).

- Expenses: In addition to the school's transportation support (100,000 VND), each student must pay an additional 1,000,000 VND for food, accommodation, sightseeing, and exchange with tourism organizations and businesses at the attractions during the trip.
- Prepare food orders, room reservations, and car rentals. In charge of this work are Mr. Kien and Mr. Nhan.
- Organize a meeting between teachers and the executive committee of the two classes before leaving on March 2, 2007, to assign specific tasks to each class. And remind all students to bring necessary documents and supplies for the trip.
- On the morning of March 5, 2007, we met with the whole group before leaving. Mr. Nhan and Mr. Kien shared the plan and specific regulations for the trip.
The whole delegation consisted of: 88 students of K45 (including 41 students of Tourism class A, 47 students of Tourism class B), along with 3 teachers: Dr. Nguyen Van Manh - head of delegation; Th.s Tran Thi Hanh; Teacher Hang.
3. Detailed itinerary of the Faculty of Tourism trip
Day 01 (Tuesday, March 6): Hanoi – Quang Binh, about 530km.
5:00: Car picks up at National Economics University Cultural House, car leaves at exactly 5:15
6:20: The whole group stops for breakfast in Phu Ly - Ha Nam.
12:00: Car arrives at Vinh city - Nghe An
13:10: Lunch break at Ben Thuy restaurant, 41 Nguyen Du, Vinh city.
14:00: Continue the journey, go to Quang Binh.
18:00: Arrive in Quang Binh, check in at Nhat Le Trade Union Hotel (2-star hotel), Truong Phap Street, Hai Thanh Ward, Dong Hoi City, Quang Binh.
19:00: Dinner at Nhat Le Trade Union Hotel, with a very enthusiastic welcome by Mr. Dung - Director of Quang Binh Provincial Department of Tourism.
20:00: Rest or walk along the beach at Nhat Le Trade Union Hotel.
Day 02 (Wednesday, March 7): Dong Hoi – Phong Nha – Hue, about 200km.
6:30: Breakfast at Nhat Le Trade Union Hotel
7:00: Check out of the hotel, depart for Phong Nha Cave - Quang Binh. Here you will listen to the tour guide's presentation. Then take a boat on the Son River to visit the caves: Tien Son, Phong Nha...
12:00: Lunch at Phong Nha restaurant, Son Trach, Bo Trach, Quang Nam

15:00: Arrive in Hoi An, check in at Nhi Nhi Hotel, 60 Hung Vuong Street, Hoi An.
18:00: Dinner at Kim Do restaurant, 180 Tran Phu street, Hoi An.
Evening, free to visit Hoi An ancient town.
Day 05 (Saturday, March 10): Hoi An – Vinh.
