Enhancing the social responsibility of Vietnamese enterprises in commercial business activities - 21

Fifth, in the context of expanding free trade, a flat world like today, we see that most trade agreements have CSR content, on the other hand, consumer awareness, perception, and standards are increasingly high, they increasingly promote the spirit of CSR in their decisions to buy goods and services. Therefore, the implementation of CSR by businesses is a vital factor when they want to participate in domestic and international trade markets.

Sixth, the thesis "Improving the social responsibility of Vietnamese enterprises in commercial business activities" was seriously researched. From the results of qualitative and quantitative research, the thesis has contributed to determining the theoretical basis for research in accordance with the conditions and reality of CSR implementation for enterprises participating in business activities in Vietnam, with an overview of CSR, the role of commercial business activities as well as the trend of attaching CSR in current trade agreements. However, due to the limitations of many factors in the research process, the thesis still has certain weaknesses. We hope that teachers will sympathize.

Seventh, from the research results, NCS would like to propose some recommendations along with the content of the suggested CSR implementation process to help businesses in Vietnam implement CSR better, to increase brand value and comply with CSR regulations in trade agreements, thereby leveraging to promote the expansion of international trade markets. Contributing to helping our businesses and society develop sustainably on three main pillars: Economy - Society - Environment.

CSR in foreign invested enterprises in Vietnam and Vietnamese enterprises, determining the level of difference due to which factors are the main ones to have more effective solutions.

Enhancing the social responsibility of Vietnamese enterprises in commercial business activities - 21

Second, in terms of solutions , the researcher focuses on researching solutions to implement CSR for small and medium enterprises. Because currently, small and medium enterprises are not really interested in CSR issues . Due to many dependent factors such as weak finance and human resources, on the other hand, enterprises do not clearly understand the impact of CSR on commercial business activities, on the sustainable development of their own enterprises and society.

Third , continue to research on “Responsible Business Enterprises” or “Responsible Business”, this is an area that is currently being mentioned by many organizations. Especially after the pandemic fluctuations that have caused heavy losses to the economy, society and mental health of us, responsible business enterprises need more attention and investment to contribute to the development of our society in a better living environment.
