2.1.5 Company's activities in recent years
Since its establishment in 2012, the company has gradually realized its mission and vision through each stage. In the period of 2012-2017, the company focused on the tourism service business, with the investment and construction of the Ariyana Commercial Building - Hotel - Restaurant - Apartment for rent project, this is the main and consistent goal of the company in recent years. By 2017, the Ariyana project was completed and put into operation from the beginning of 2018. Over the past 8 years, in parallel with the construction of the Ariyana project, the company has promoted its business strategy for the hotel - tourism industry. By 2020, this goal has been gradually achieved and the Ariyana building has been operating stably in the tourism market in Khanh Hoa province and has a reputation with international travel companies. Ariyana Hotel is being evaluated in the high-end hotel segment, meeting 5-star standards with actual operating capacity higher than planned. However, from the beginning of 2020 until now, due to the complicated situation of the Covid-19 epidemic worldwide, and the medical industry has not yet found a vaccine to prevent the disease, this has greatly affected the Vietnamese tourism industry in general and the Company in particular.
In particular. From the actual situation, the company's board of directors has set the next goal for the company in the field of construction and building works.
Therefore, within the limits of this thesis, the author is researching the Company's construction business activities to develop a business development strategy for the period 2021-2025.

Solidarity is one of the first factors that determine the building of a strong corporate group. During the working process, everyone has a sense of self-awareness and improves the spirit of learning about the profession, as well as helping and coordinating, willing to share, care for each other, and overcome all difficulties. These are issues that the company often cares about.
Management capacity and worker skill level.
The staff involved in construction activities at the company include: 3 architects, 4 construction engineers, all of whom are formally trained, in which the head of the construction department is a construction engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry in Khanh Hoa province. All workers are recruited through actual selection at construction sites. During the working process, the company always creates conditions for key employees to participate in construction courses when needed.
Quality and progress of project implementation
The construction projects in the implementation process have always followed the contract progress. With the motto "quality and reputation create the brand", at each construction project of the company, there is at least one construction engineer who is in charge of management and operation and is primarily responsible when the project is behind schedule or has an incident. From there, the responsibility as well as the construction progress and quality of the project are always closely monitored and supervised, ensuring that it meets the customer's requirements. The company always invests in modern construction technology equipment to meet the construction needs and enhance the company's reputation.

Political and legal environment
Vietnam is considered one of the most politically stable countries in the region and in the world. Under the direction of the Party and the Government, the increasingly perfect legal system has created a legal corridor for the development of production and business activities. This is a favorable condition for investors to feel secure to invest in business fields, especially in the fields of restaurants, hotels, and entertainment areas operating effectively and stably. That means the construction market is flourishing.
Khanh Hoa Provincial Police Department has proactively launched many attacks and raids on all types of crimes and social evils in the province. The rate of increase of all types of crimes has been restrained, and some types of crimes related to social order in Khanh Hoa province have been reduced; the fight against drug and economic crimes has been highly effective in the past year; organizations operating in the style of "mafia" have been suppressed; traffic accidents in the province have also decreased significantly in the past year. Thus, Khanh Hoa province in general and Nha Trang city in particular are a safe destination for investment, vacation or participation in construction activities.
Currently, the construction industry is receiving attention and focus from the state in management. Many Circulars and Decrees have been issued to bring Vietnamese construction enterprises into the framework, create a fair playing field, improve quality and prevent waste while still achieving high profits. Khanh Hoa province is a tourist province, high-rise buildings are increasingly developing, the local government has issued many preferential policies to attract investment. Up to now, hundreds of domestic and foreign investors have invested in the province, private investors also choose Nha Trang city to invest in tourism and resort services. effective from January 1, 2021, along with the Circulars on the development of real estate types that have also been issued, this will cause the real estate market to recover in the years 2021-2025. From 2021, the construction industry and the construction industry will comply with the 2020 amended Construction Law. This Law amends and supplements a number of articles compared to the 2014 Construction Law, especially expanding the cases exempted from construction permits, shortening the time for granting construction permits by competent authorities, removing regulations on conditions for capital allocation according to construction progress... These changes will have a positive impact on the construction sector. Accompanying the Law will be detailed Decrees and Circulars. These policies will be important growth drivers for the construction industry in 2021 and will create momentum for strong development in the following years.

Khanh Hoa is known as a resort paradise with a temperate climate and beautiful landscapes, attracting many tourists and investors from all over the country and the world. With such characteristics, many high-rise buildings or resorts are increasingly invested in, creating opportunities for domestic and foreign construction enterprises to participate in investment, contributing to making the construction market more vibrant.
Nowadays, cultural and social factors are being focused on, the aesthetic needs of customers have been raised compared to before, requiring works to be aesthetically pleasing and of high quality when put into use. State management agencies at all levels have also issued regulations on architectural and aesthetic requirements, requirements on technical standards for construction works that are much higher than before, so businesses in the construction industry must pay attention, research and implement to respond promptly.
Natural environment
Nature has been very kind to Khanh Hoa province when it bestowed upon this place everything that a coastal area can have: from offshore islands to fine white sand beaches, from magical coral reefs under the ocean to ancient mossy Cham temples on the mountains along the poetic Cai River. Khanh Hoa people have a liberal and simple personality, just like the characteristics of the sheltered sea area with gentle waves. As a coastal province in the South Central Coast, Khanh Hoa has a coastline stretching across the province with a length of 385 km, the broken coastline creates ideal bays famous for tourism because of many beautiful beaches, white sand, clear blue sea, no fierce fish and no underground whirlpools. The weather in Khanh Hoa has a tropical climate, divided into two distinct rainy and sunny seasons, the rainy season usually lasts in October and November, the remaining months of the year are always filled with sunshine, the natural landscape is already very beautiful and even more attractive. In addition, the geology in Khanh Hoa province is relatively good, the climate is very favorable with a long dry season, the cost of hiring workers as well as daily living expenses is cheap, so it is very convenient for contractors from all over the country to flock to, creating difficulties for local contractors when participating in the same playground.
Technical and technological environment
The world is changing every day according to the development trend of the knowledge economy, science and technology are applied more and more effectively and have an extremely fast and wide spread. Vietnam has the opportunity to accelerate its growth rate when catching up with the trend and quickly absorbing new technology applied in the development of the construction industry, reducing work progress, helping investors recover capital quickly, increasing revenue for businesses. In addition, as technology becomes more and more advanced, it is easier for investors to find construction companies across the country, especially for developed countries.
Vietnam is currently a construction market with great potential for development.
The economy has shown that Vietnam has attracted many foreign investors to invest in large projects such as: Novotel Hotel, Sheraton Hotel, Intercontinental Hotel, Vinpearl Nha Trang Resort, Hon Tam Nha Trang Resort, and hundreds of 3-4* hotels... Therefore, technological innovation, application of advanced technologies in the world to our construction industry is an urgent requirement. In addition to the construction technologies up to now, researching and applying new, advanced technologies and innovating construction equipment is necessary every hour, every day for the company. That is the decisive factor for stable and sustainable development in recent years.
Economic environment
Support policies for the real estate market, such as loosening regulations allowing foreigners to own houses in Vietnam, or reducing conditions for participating in the VND30,000 billion credit package and reducing the risk ratio for real estate loans, have contributed to improving real estate consumption, positively affecting the value of civil construction.
The demand for investment in infrastructure has gradually increased, and the Government has put forward long-term plans to focus on allocating capital to key projects such as expanding roads, railways, and airports, which will have a positive impact on the tourism industry as well as the construction sector.
From the above factors, it can be seen that infrastructure construction companies with many projects and large capital will have a certain advantage in the market. However, companies with small and medium capital, but with their own strengths, especially in each specific field, can also reap good business results.
