Monthly salary = minimum salary * Salary according to position and salary allowance

Social insurance leave form:

- During working time, if an employee is sick and is allowed to take leave by the Health Department, the employee must notify the Company and submit a leave certificate to the person in charge of timekeeping. The actual number of days off of the employee is based on the monthly timesheet.

- At the end of the month, the social insurance leave slip, along with the accounting time sheet of the unit, is sent to the Company's accounting department to calculate social insurance. Depending on the number of people who must pay social insurance benefits in lieu of salary in the month of each unit, the accountant can create a social insurance payment table for each department, division, section or the entire company. The basis for creating a social insurance payment table is the social insurance leave slip.


When making up, it is necessary to allocate details for each case: sick leave, sick child, work accident, accident risk, maternity... In each account, it is necessary to divide the number of days and the amount of social insurance allowance paid in lieu of salary.

- At the end of the month, the accountant calculates the total number of days off and the allowance amount for each person and for the entire Company. This table must be confirmed by the employee in charge of the Company's social insurance regime and sent to the chief accountant for approval. This table is made into 2 copies: 1 copy is sent to the superior Social Insurance Fund Management Agency for payment of the actual amount spent, 1 copy is kept in the accounting department along with other related documents.
