PREFACE
1. Urgency of the topic
Nowadays, export activities are of great significance to each country. Through export, countries can exploit their advantages to generate foreign currency revenue, create jobs... contributing significantly to the growth and development of the global economy. For Vietnam, a young economy on the rise, export activities are of great significance in the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country in order to successfully achieve economic and social development goals, and improve people's lives.
Coffee trading is an important economic activity worldwide. According to the International Coffee Organization (ICO) and the International Trade Center (ITC), the export value of coffee in the world has surpassed that of rice, pepper, cashew nuts, tea, rubber... or any other agricultural product. And in fact, in recent years, coffee has become Vietnam's main export industry with an annual export turnover of about more than 1 billion USD. With advantages in land, temperature, humidity and especially human resources, our country has a great advantage to promote the export of this product.
In the field of production - import-export business, as an enterprise with a long history of experience in exporting, especially agricultural products, in 2007 Generalexim promoted its traditional strengths and rose to the Top Ten (10) leading coffee exporting enterprises in the country. However, in recent years, Vietnam's coffee export activities in general and the company's in particular still have many limitations that are not commensurate with the development potential of the industry such as low quality, uncompetitive prices, and poor types of exported coffee. Therefore, in order to promote
