The State needs to have policies that pay more attention to the production and business activities of enterprises in general and the garment and fashion industry in particular. There needs to be preferential policies on import taxes on machinery and equipment from abroad to meet production needs and improve productivity and product quality.
It is necessary to focus on issuing more specific policies to make it easier for businesses to access, such as: preferential policies on taxes, land rents; credit, use of infrastructure and support policies on market connection development, application of science and technology, training of practical human resources to support businesses to promote production and business development. Issue policies to attract advanced technology, encourage transfer, create conditions for Vietnamese businesses to have opportunities to grow and develop.
At the same time, support garment and fashion enterprises to seek opportunities to access foreign markets to seek new investment opportunities to improve efficiency in the period of economic integration.
2.2. For Quang Nam Province
The province needs practical solutions to promote the development of supporting industries for the textile and garment industry, attract investment in fiber factories, dyeing factories and production of accessories.

serving supporting industrial production, the most important of which is supplying raw materials
such as cotton... The textile industry is considered one of the industries with many advantages when the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP) comes into effect. Quang Nam needs to promote investment in the province in large-scale, modern supporting industrial projects serving the textile industry to proactively supply raw materials for the domestic garment industry.
It is important to support costs for technology transfer in textile and garment supporting industries, research and development projects, trial production of textile and garment supporting industries products, and call for FDI enterprises with good capacity and technology, ensuring an environment for cooperation with domestic enterprises in textile and garment supporting industries.
2.3. For Truong Giang Garment Joint Stock Company
Pay more attention to human resource management, attach importance to studying the needs, motivations, and job satisfaction of employees to find reasonable solutions. To overcome the situation of employees quitting their jobs and attract more employees so that production activities can take place more smoothly. In addition, it is necessary to implement a reward and punishment system and create promotion opportunities for employees. Know how to listen to employees' opinions to improve, and at the same time, the staff in the company must regularly propose new ideas and business plans so that the company can compete in the market.
The company needs to have more appropriate strategies to operate its business more effectively.
