Basic Fertilization Course Curriculum
Course description: The course helps learners gain knowledge about the brief history of Table Tennis. Students are guided to practice basic Table Tennis techniques such as how to hold the racket, forehand and backhand shots to have the skills.
Basic table tennis skills. In addition, students grasp the basic rules for competition, the history of formation and development as well as the effects of practicing table tennis, participating in intra-curricular club activities, and briefly practicing first aid skills for injuries, contributing to physical training and improving students' physical fitness.
Program objectives:
- About knowledge: The course briefly introduces the history of Table Tennis, general principles of hitting the ball and some basic techniques such as: backhand and righthand dribbling, serving.
- About skills:
+ Students develop some basic techniques of Table Tennis such as: how to hold the racket, feel the ball, left-handed and right-handed shots.
+ Know how to warm up before exercising and relax after exercising.
+ Able to practice basic Table Tennis techniques such as: right-handed and backhanded shots.
+ Regarding attitude: Educate positive self-awareness, sense of organization and discipline, create interest and passion for table tennis practice in students, create a healthy sports practice environment with high team spirit, comply with school rules and regulations.

Advanced Fertilization Program

In addition, students grasp advanced rules for effective competition when practicing table tennis, participating in intra-curricular club activities, and briefly practice first aid skills for injuries.

- About knowledge: After completing this course, students will be equipped with advanced competition rules, advanced tactical principles in table tennis, influences and effects when practicing table tennis, stages of performing forehand, backhand, and ball pressing techniques.
