Conclude :
(1). The author fully accepts the first 10 opinions. (2). As for opinion 11, the second opinion is:
- Question 3 already has the content in question 2: according to the author, the ability (capacity) of a business can be measured by many criteria. And financial capacity is only one criterion. Although it is an important criterion, in reality, businesses are limited.
- Therefore, the author notes that both sentences in the Promotion Barriers scale remain the same.
From there, after consulting with 3 experts, the author revised the questionnaire and interviewed 3 respondents to check the ease of understanding and answering of each question.
