Comrade Nguyen Duc Thang: The organizational model of the above types of Party organizations in the period of 2005-2010 is basically suitable, meets the requirements and promotes the comprehensive leadership role of the Party. However, for Party organizations in enterprises and some Party organizations in public service units and Party committees of departments, the leadership role and effectiveness of Party organizations still have certain limitations, the Party's operating methods are still confusing; the connection between Party organizations and enterprises and expertise is not high; the determination of political tasks of Party organizations here is not clear. Some Party cells directly under the grassroots Party Committee have a large number of 50 Party members or more, the management work and quality of Party activities still face many difficulties.
