Comment:
Through the synthesis of data in Table 2.2, it can be seen that the team of teachers teaching Fine Arts in primary schools in Dinh Hoa district has quite good quality, most of the teachers have standard and above standard training qualifications, only a few teachers have not met training standards.
Through a survey at primary schools in Dinh Hoa district, it shows that the number of teachers teaching Fine Arts has met the requirements. All primary schools organize teaching of Fine Arts from grades 1 to 5, ensuring the number of teaching periods according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
The current team of teachers teaching Fine Arts at primary schools in Dinh Hoa district are mostly quite young (under 35 years old), very dynamic, conscious of research, self-study to improve professional qualifications, know how to apply modern teaching methods as well as apply information technology to teaching to improve teaching quality.
In addition to the advantages and positive aspects of the Fine Arts teaching staff in Dinh Hoa district mentioned above, there are still some limitations, difficulties, and difficulties that are difficult to overcome in terms of staff, such as there are still a few teachers who do not meet the requirements of the school, such as not actively studying to meet the standards of training level, not actively innovating teaching methods to improve the quality of the subject. In particular, due to the small size of the school, there is only one teacher teaching Fine Arts, so it is very difficult to have professional group activities, very limited in exchanging learning, drawing experience in teaching, so it is very difficult to improve the professional skills of teachers.

From the data shown in Table 2.3, it can be seen that the majority of managers, teachers and students have a positive perception of the role of Fine Arts in primary schools. Specifically:
- 100% of managers and 100% of teachers have a positive perception of the role of Fine Arts in Primary Schools. These are the subjects that are in regular contact with documents and instructions from higher management levels on teaching Fine Arts and directly participate in teaching Fine Arts, so they clearly see the role and importance of Fine Arts.
- However, besides that, students' awareness also has limitations, specifically:
Only 26% of the total number of students think that teaching Fine Arts in Primary schools is very important, 62% of students think it is important and there are still 12% of students who think it is not important. It can be said that at the age of high school students
Primary school is mainly an academic activity, both parents and students attach importance to studying cultural subjects such as Math, Vietnamese, Natural & Social Sciences, etc., so there is still a lack of respect for Art subjects. Some opinions say that Art is just an entertainment subject, a supplementary subject, and is not necessary in primary schools, so there is still limited awareness of the importance of Art in primary schools.
It can be seen that most of the survey subjects recognized the role of Fine Arts in primary schools, but the level of awareness of each group of subjects was different. Through the total statistics on 3 groups of subjects (Managers, Teachers, Students), we see:
+ 50.7% of total survey respondents selected the level of importance.
+ 39.5% of the total survey respondents said that Fine Arts in primary schools is very important.
+ Besides, 9.8% of the total number of surveyed subjects still think that Fine Arts in primary schools is not important.

Comments on table 2.4:
Survey table 2.4 shows that managers and teachers highly appreciate the position and significance of the subject of Environment in primary schools. The majority of opinions support and agree that teaching Environment according to the direction of educational innovation is very important. The majority of opinions received 100% agreement from managers and teachers.
However, the content has not received positive feedback from students, specifically:
+ Up to 19.5% of students disagree with the content "Fine arts, along with other subjects, contribute to forming people with all the qualities: morality, intelligence, labor, physical strength, and aesthetics".
+ 15.5% of students disagree with the content "Fine arts have a close relationship with other subjects in the high school program".
Thus, it can be seen that students' awareness of the position and significance of teaching Fine Arts according to the orientation of educational innovation in primary schools is still limited. They have not clearly seen the importance and practicality of this subject, and at the same time have not clearly recognized the position and significance of studying Fine Arts in the formation and development of individual personality in the future.
To increase the accuracy and enrich the survey data, we interviewed a number of managers and teachers about the meaning of the subject of Environment. When interviewed about the meaning of the subject of Environment, most managers and teachers of Environment said that this is a very important educational content, especially in the current market economy and life when the good and the bad are mixed and intertwined, when material values are overwhelming spiritual values...
Teacher Hoang Thi Sen - Physical Education Teacher at Diem Mac Primary School said: "Art is very important in primary school, contributing greatly to the process of forming and developing students' personalities. When students can distinguish between good and beautiful, good and bad, they will know right from wrong, before and after, and know how to live a righteous life."
According to Mr. Dang Xuan Tri - Vice Principal of Thanh Dinh Primary School: "Art plays a very important role for students, especially primary school students. This is the stage when children start entering general school and are still confused. At this stage, children are studying to build the foundation for the formation and development of their personality in the future."
Through the results of the questionnaire and the interview on the position and significance of the Fine Arts subject in primary schools. We can see the importance of the Fine Arts subject for students in primary schools. It can be said that this is an important premise in teaching as well as improving the quality of teaching and learning of the Arts subject in primary schools according to the direction of educational innovation.
