in-depth assessment of issues related to PWD mobility and professional support of social work or in other words, specific support activities of social work for PWD mobility. The implementation and effectiveness of support activities for PWD mobility from the perspective of social work still has gaps in implementation methods, no author has conducted a comprehensive assessment of both theory and practice.
2.2 Research situation in Vietnam
In Vietnam, there are also many programs, projects, articles, and research topics on PWDs in general and PWDs in particular, as well as the field of social work for PWDs. The studies focus on various issues related to PWDs and PWDs in particular: education, health care, legal aid, employment, rehabilitation, community integration, etc.
Scientific report "Initial study of difficulties and manifestations of overcoming difficulties of people with motor disabilities to build the overcoming difficulties index (AQ) of people with motor disabilities" by the group of authors Nguyen Quang Uan and Nguyen Thi Thuy, Hanoi Pedagogical University, Journal of Psychology, No. 1 (130), 1/2010. The research report showed that people with motor disabilities face the most difficulties in labor activities, followed by daily activities and other activities. The manifestations of overcoming difficulties of people with motor disabilities are shown in three aspects: perception, attitude and behavior. Continuing with the research on social work for PWDs, Nguyen Thi Kim Nga, Academy of Social Sciences, (2018), with the research topic "Social work services in job creation for PWDs from the practice of Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi city" assessed the current status of providing social work services in job creation for PWDs in Hai Ba Trung district and analyzed and clarified the employment needs of PWDs in specific aspects such as: salary, treatment needs,... The study also pointed out the limitation that social work services have not really brought about
Professionalism only stops at the level of simple assistance, from which some solutions are proposed to contribute to improving the effectiveness of providing social work services in solving employment for people with disabilities in the area.
Nguyen Viet Hoa with the research topic "Social work activities in supporting livelihoods for people with disabilities in Thuan Thanh district - Bac Ninh province" (2019), has made specific observations and assessments of social work activities in supporting livelihoods for people with disabilities in Thuan Thanh district, Bac Ninh province; from there, there are appropriate solutions and measures to improve the lives of people with disabilities, the need for livelihood assistance and effective solutions to implement livelihood support to improve social work in supporting livelihoods for people with disabilities in particular and social work in general. At the same time, the author also proposed directions for improvement in social work activities towards increasing livelihood capital, minimizing risks, in accordance with the socio-economic conditions of the district.
Through an overview of studies on PWDs in general and PWDs mobilizing PWDs in particular, as well as social work activities in supporting PWDs in the world and in Vietnam, it can be seen that managers and researchers have had comprehensive views on the issues of PWDs and PWDs mobilizing, pointing out the importance of social work activities in assisting and supporting PWDs. In Vietnam, there have been many studies on the rights of PWDs, policy solutions to support PWDs, the role of social workers for PWDs or social work activities and services. However, studies on social work activities for PWDs as well as for PWDs in advocacy mainly focus on specific issues such as vocational training, employment, etc. in which social work is seen as both an approach and a direct and indirect tool and method to support PWDs in general and PWDs in advocacy in particular to ensure essential needs and life, so there is a need for more comprehensive studies on social work activities in supporting PWDs as well as PWDs in advocacy. Therefore, I chose the topic "Social Work Activities for PWDs and PWDs in advocacy" .
"Social work activities in supporting PWDs in Cam Khe Town, Cam Khe District, Phu Tho Province" to conduct research with the desire to contribute a small part to the field of social work for PWDs. Social work activities are not new activities, however, at the district and commune levels, social work activities have not really developed in a professional direction, there are still gaps in implementation methods and effectiveness of social work activities. Therefore, this will be a field study to supplement research on PWDs, thereby having better ways to organize and implement social work activities in supporting PWDs in general and PWDs in particular in localities across the country.

5. Research methods
5.1 Document research method
This is a research method that collects information from other data and documents (legal documents, reports, research works, articles, etc.) through

In the process of researching the topic, this method is implemented in the following steps: analyzing, synthesizing, systematizing, generalizing theories and research works, scientific reports, publications of domestic and foreign authors on issues related to PWDs in general and PWDs in particular, social work for PWDs. Studying the policies and guidelines of the Party and State that have been implemented, social security policies that PWDs have accessed and benefited from; Annual summary reports on social protection work of Cam Khe Town;... On that basis, the author forms theoretical thinking, analytical thinking of the results obtained to serve the research purpose.
5.2 Observation method
Observation method is the basic method to perceive objects and phenomena. It is a method of collecting information of experimental sociological research through perceptions such as listening and seeing to collect information from social reality to meet the research purpose of the topic.
The purpose of the observation method in this study is to observe social work activities in supporting people with disabilities in their mobility. Observe the working methods; the attitudes and behaviors of cultural and social officials towards people with disabilities in their mobility during the implementation of policies and regimes at the local level; observe social work collaborators when carrying out activities to support people with disabilities in their mobility;... In addition, observe the living environment, living space, physical condition, and psychological state of people with disabilities in their mobility to determine what difficulties they are facing, their needs, and any suggestions or recommendations for social work activities in supporting people with disabilities in general and people with disabilities in their mobility in particular. This will contribute to clarifying the collected research results.
5.3 In-depth interview method
In-depth interview is a method of collecting information as a dialogue between the researcher and the information provider to deeply and thoroughly understand the nature of the research problem in social work.
Conduct in-depth interviews:
- Mobilizing PWDs: 10 people to collect information on support activities of cultural and social officials and social work collaborators; attitudes and skills of cultural and social officials and social work collaborators in the process of implementing support activities; satisfaction with social work activities and expectations of social work activities in supporting PWDs in mobilization.
- Leader in charge of the cultural and social sector: 01 person; Cultural and social civil servants in charge of the Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs sector: 2 people; Social work collaborators: 4 people to evaluate the implementation of social work activities in supporting PWDs in their mobilization; to learn about the advantages and difficulties in the implementation of social work activities and the significance of social work activities in supporting PWDs in their mobilization.
This method helps researchers to exploit more deeply from the initial situational assessments of the document analysis process.
5.4 Questionnaire survey method
Questionnaire survey is an interview but not a direct verbal dialogue but a system of questions arranged on the basis of principles, psychology, logic and certain content to create conditions for the interviewee to express his/her views on the research subject and the researcher to obtain the first individual information to meet the requirements of the topic and research objectives.

The information collected will be the basis for providing specific and practical solutions to improve the effectiveness of social work activities in supporting people with disabilities in mobility in Cam Khe Town, Cam Khe District, Phu Tho Province.
5.5 Data processing method
The data obtained after the practical survey, using SPSS software for processing and statistical analysis to quantitatively evaluate, ensuring the reliability of the results obtained on social work activities in supporting people with disabilities in mobility in Cam Khe Town, Cam Khe District, Phu Tho Province.
6. New contributions of the thesis
6.1 Theoretical contributions
The results of the study contribute to clarifying the theoretical system on the implementation of social work activities in supporting people with disabilities in their mobility. Based on the approach of social work and sociology, the thesis applies the system of concepts, concepts and theories on social work activities as a basis for analyzing the research problem.
The thesis has added more resources for research and practice of social work in the community as well as contributed to the system of reference resources for future studies on social work activities for people with disabilities in particular and social work activities for people with disabilities in general.
