In this topic, the author outlined a number of theoretical and practical issues on improving the quality of professional music and dance activities in the army, thereby proposing a number of solutions to improve the quality of these activities such as: Identifying the target audience as a basis for building and performing art; Improving the quality of music and dance art; Improving the quality of Party work, political work in art activities; Improving the quality of art performance and some basic principles in the process of building the program; Investing in funds, equipment, applying advanced scientific achievements; Strengthening cooperation between art troupes inside and outside the army. The project studied the current status of performance activities in art units in the Army at the present stage, developed solutions to raise awareness of the role of performing arts of music, dance and singing in the spiritual life of soldiers, improve aesthetic level and artistic taste in grassroots units, improve leadership and management level, build cultural and artistic movements in grassroots units, and synchronously combine management levels from the perspective of performance activities [48].
In 2011, author Nguyen Thi Tuyet Mai conducted her master's thesis on Management of performing arts activities of folk music, dance and music in military art troupes, focusing on studying performing arts activities of folk music, dance and music in a number of professional art units during the integration period from 2005 to 2010.
