CONCLUDE

Perfecting labor laws in protecting workers in the field of employment and wages is a necessary need, a basic, important content and a central task of labor laws. The content of protection comes from the practical needs of social life. Through practical research on protecting workers in the field of employment and wages in Da Nang city, it shows that regulations in this field have entered life.

However, many regulations are still inadequate, not comprehensive, lack specificity or are unclear, so they more or less affect the rights and interests of workers, leading to low protection effectiveness of the regulations.

To effectively protect workers in the field of employment and wages in accordance with the economic development situation, in addition to raising the legal awareness of workers themselves, it is necessary to improve the inspection and supervision capacity of state management agencies on labor. This synchronous combination will contribute to effectively protecting the rights and interests of workers in our country at the present stage.
