4. Based on the analysis of achievements and limitations, the thesis proposed five viewpoints on job creation and ensuring livelihoods for workers whose land is recovered during the industrialization and urbanization process.

5. Based on the existing problems, limitations and based on the orientations, the thesis has proposed seven solutions to enhance job creation and ensure the lives of workers after land acquisition during the industrialization and urbanization process in Nghe An province in the coming time.
