CONCLUDE

Tourism and tourism law are complex issues, directly and indirectly related to many aspects of social life, related to the system of state management agencies from central to local levels, businesses and people. After 55 years of formation and development, the system of legal documents in the field of tourism has been issued by state agencies in relatively large numbers, of which the 2005 Tourism Law, after 10 years of implementation, has revealed many difficulties and inadequacies and many contents have not been able to be put into practice. Therefore, in order to further promote the activities of building and perfecting laws, creating a favorable legal framework for tourism to develop commensurate with the position and role of the "key economic sector", it is required that the laws in the field of tourism must have appropriate adjustments. On the other hand, in order to continue the cause of building a socialist rule-of-law state of Vietnam in the period of promoting industrialization and modernization and the context of increasingly deep and wide international integration, the issue of perfecting the legal system in general and perfecting the law in the field of tourism in particular is necessary to meet the requirements of social life and serve the cause of national renewal.

From the current status of the legal system in the field of tourism and the practice of building and implementing laws in the field of tourism, with the aim of in-depth research, understanding, evaluation and proposing directions and solutions to improve the law in the field of tourism in Vietnam today, the thesis has mentioned the following basic contents:

- Analyze theoretical issues as a basis for perfecting the law in the field of tourism, namely: Concepts, characteristics, roles, contents of tourism and tourism law; concepts, requirements, conditions and criteria for determining the level of perfection of tourism law.

- Analyze the current legal status in the tourism sector in Vietnam: including an overview of the formation and development of law in the sector.

tourism through the periods from 1960 to before 1986, from 1986 to before 1999, from 1999 to before 2005, from the promulgation of the 2005 Tourism Law to the present; general assessment and specific assessment of some basic contents of the law in the field of tourism in Vietnam today; analysis of the causes of limitations and inadequacies.

- Based on the need to improve the law in the field of tourism in Vietnam today, the thesis proposes directions, goals and some solutions to improve the law in the field of tourism.

However, due to limited theoretical level and thinking ability, the research topic still stops at general solutions, suggesting more in-depth research issues.

In order to build and perfect the legal system in the tourism sector, promote its effectiveness and efficiency in practice, in addition to perfecting both the form and content of legal documents, it is necessary to combine with strengthening the propaganda, dissemination and education of law; inspection and examination of law implementation and perfecting the organization and staff of civil servants in the tourism sector.
