INTRODUCTION

1. Reason for choosing the topic

Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW of the 8th Conference of the 11th Central Executive Committee on fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training, meeting the requirements of industrialization and modernization in the conditions of a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration, determined: “For general education, focus on developing intelligence, physical strength, forming qualities and civic capacity, discovering and nurturing talents, and providing career orientation for students. Experiential activities are one of the modern educational contents, aiming to provide learners with adaptive skills of the new society in all social relationships. It requires autonomy, independence, and creativity to ensure the ability to survive in all aspects and create necessary values for oneself.

Participate in community service activities and career guidance activities. In particular, all these activities must be under the guidance and organization of educators. Thereby forming the main qualities and general competencies that have been identified in the general education program.

These general competencies and qualities will be implemented in experiential activities through the objectives of the experiential activities.
