Question: According to the journalist, what are the causes of the above limitations?
Dear journalist. Through research and survey of the radio news bulletin of the station, I have found that the way of reporting on conferences still lacks innovation and creativity. So, what is your assessment of this issue?

Journalist Nguyen Thi Nhung: We must frankly admit that the content of the conference news in the news bulletin and news program of Bac Ninh Radio still lacks discovery, presents too many figures in one news item, the way of presenting the conference news is boring, or written in a conventional pattern that reflects the activities taking place at that conference.
Question : According to the journalist, what causes the above limitations?
Journalist Nguyen Thi Nhung: The above reason is partly due to the fact that the reporter force is still too thin. Currently, the station has 4 reporters specializing in radio writing. In addition to producing news bulletins and general news programs, this force also takes on a number of other jobs such as producing timely radio columns. Therefore, reporters have little time to exploit news activities. The situation of reporters relying too much on the source of invitations to meetings is still quite common. Therefore, many reporters have never had any ideas to innovate their thinking, or have no creativity in modern journalism. That is also the reason why the station's news bulletins and news programs always take up a large amount of conference news and the way the news is presented is monotonous, superficial, and of poor quality.

Question: What innovations has Bac Giang Radio and Television Station made in radio production recently?
Journalist Ta Van Duong : In order to improve the quality of propaganda, in recent times, the station has also invested in equipping a system to edit and broadcast radio programs using modern technology to meet propaganda needs. Question: How do journalists evaluate the station's team of reporters and editors?
Journalist Ta Van Duong: Most of the station’s news reporters today have a high sense of discipline in their work. Each reporter has his or her own strengths and specialties: some have deep knowledge of economics, some are strong in politics, culture, etc. Many reporters have established their own style and brand, which has created a variety of voices for the news bulletins.
