Tourism products and tour programs are still monotonous and unattractive, this is one of the big challenges for Quang Ninh tourism.
Seventh , investment activities and cooperation in tourism development to create connections with domestic and foreign localities have been carried out, but in general, there are still quite a few signed documents. The scope of cooperation is still relatively small.
