chaos, “contracting”… All of these limit people’s ability to integrate, stunting the ability to create popular culture. Such a life has no “strong moment”, “second life”, no “explosion” and “sublimation”.
Returning to national culture, traditional festivals, modern people seem to bathe in the cool water of the source of national culture, enjoy sacred moments, admire the transcendent, noble symbols - "Truth - Goodness - Beauty", live the moments of enthusiastic communication full of community spirit, people can show all the quintessence, the most beautiful of themselves through competitions, through forms of performing arts, the way of dressing splendidly, beautifully different from usual days... All of that is a state of "sublimation" from real life, surpassing real life. In other words, festivals belong to the category of the sacredness of spiritual life, contrasting and balancing with the mundaneness of real life.
The Trang Trinh Nguyen Binh Khiem Temple Festival is a form of community cultural and religious activity of the people in Vinh Bao district as well as Hai Phong city. In it, the people organize, create and reproduce community cultural activities and enjoy cultural and spiritual values under the guidance and direction of the People's Committee of the district and city. Therefore, the festival at the temple is always imbued with a deep democratic and humane spirit. Especially in the "strong moment" of the festival when the sound of trumpets and drums resounds, when everyone is immersed in the sacred atmosphere, excitedly joining in the festival, the social differences between individuals on a daily basis seem to be erased, people create together, and enjoy their own cultural values.
Trang Temple Festival has met the spiritual needs and resolved the aspirations and dreams of the local community.
Through that, the festival also creates in people optimism, love of life, love of truth, respect for goodness and makes the soul and personality of each person warmed by humanity, humanism, so that it permeates into daily life, meeting the needs of cultural, spiritual and communication life, making life more meaningful and better.

3.2.2. Traditional educational values
Traditional festivals have the function of reflecting, preserving and disseminating traditional cultural values, expressed in admiration for ancestors and reviewing past traditions.

All traditional festivals are oriented towards the source. That is the natural source from which humans were born and are still an organic part; the community source, such as the nation, the country, the village, the ancestors, the cultural source ... Moreover, orienting towards the source has become the consciousness of the Vietnamese people - "when drinking water, remember the source", "when eating fruit, remember the person who planted the tree". That is why festivals are always associated with pilgrimage - tourism .
Nowadays, in the era of scientific and technological revolution, information technology, globalization, people are awakening to the separation between themselves and nature, the environment; from ancient history, from unique cultural traditions that are being lost. It is in such a natural and social environment that people, more than ever, have the need to return to, find their natural roots, blend in with the natural environment; return to, find and affirm their community origins and cultural identity in the commonality of human culture. It is traditional culture, of which traditional festivals are a symbol, that can meet that urgent need. It is also the lasting and profound humanity of festivals that can meet the needs of people in all ages.
Currently, thanks to the above mentioned role, the festival at Trang Trinh Nguyen Binh Khiem temple has attracted thousands, even tens of thousands of people to participate, creating a bustling and exciting atmosphere in the midst of the people's working and productive life.
The depth of the spirit of traditional festivals is to preserve the origin, a very sharp ideological weapon for every era of each nation; therefore, performing well the functions of traditional festivals is to contribute to educating the nation's fine cultural traditions, to make the spiritual life of society healthy and rich, and also to contribute to "building an advanced Vietnamese culture with strong national identity" as set forth in the 5th Resolution of the Party Central Committee (VIII term).
The festival not only honors Trang Trinh, an outstanding talent who has contributed to the country, but also wants to educate future generations about gratitude, taking Trang Trinh as a shining example to learn from and follow.
3.2.3. Community cohesion
Every festival belongs to and belongs to a certain community of people, it can be a village community (village festival), a professional community (professional association), a religious community (pagoda festival, temple festival, church festival), an ethnic community (Hung Temple festival - international) to a smaller community, such as a clan, a family, a festival commemorating the death or birth of a cultural celebrity ... the festival itself is an occasion to demonstrate the strength of the community and is the glue that creates community cohesion.
Each community is formed and exists on the basis of cohesive foundations, such as cohesion due to residing together in the same territory (common residence), cohesion due to ownership of resources and economic benefits (common ownership), cohesion due to fate being governed by a supernatural force (common fate), cohesion due to the need for empathy in creative activities and cultural enjoyment (community)... Festivals are the environment
The school contributes significantly to creating a sense of community and solidarity.
Nowadays, in modern social conditions, people increasingly assert their “individuality” and “personality”, but the “community” is not broken, but it only changes its nuances and scope, people still have to rely on the community, have the need to unite the community. In such conditions, festivals still retain the symbolic value of community strength and create that community unity.
Festivals not only return to the roots but also symbolize the community. There is no festival of an individual but a festival of a group of people, of the whole community. In festivals, people always unite to symbolize the strength of community unity.
The festival of Trang Trinh Nguyen Binh Khiem temple is the same, it always has a special important position not only in the life of the people of Trung Am village, Ly Hoc commune but also the festival of the people of Hai Phong city, of tourists from all over the world, is a folk cultural lifestyle mixed with modernity, an indispensable spiritual food of the people here. It is a symbol of the values of spiritual life, social life and culture of the community, a place where people enjoy and create culture and satisfy the desire to return to the origin to show respect and deep gratitude of the later generations to a cultural celebrity of the nation.
3.2.4. Economic and social value
It can be seen that traditional festivals in the past were only held on a small campus, not too elaborate but still had cultural beauty and demonstrated beliefs and respect for the worshiped person. Of course, small festivals with such a small number of participants have not yet promoted their economic and social value.
In the period of industrialization and modernization, people's lives have improved. They come to festivals not only to worship gods but also to have fun, entertain and immerse themselves in the festival atmosphere. Besides the roles of festivals such as promoting traditional education, satisfying people's religious needs, and consolidating the community, festivals also bring great economic and social value to the budget of the state and the locality that organizes the festival.
Every year, the Trang Trinh Nguyen Binh Khiem Temple Festival is organized thanks to the state budget: from 300 - 400 million VND along with the contributions of the people of the communes, towns in the region and the city. The amount of money the state invests in the festival is increasing, which is understandable. The bigger the festival is, the more widely it is promoted, the more tourists come to the festival, the more donations and the budget revenue of a festival also reaches billions of VND. Every year, when the Trang Temple Festival ends, the budget revenue submitted to the state also reaches about 2 billion VND.
Not only does it enrich the state budget, but it also enriches the locality where the festival is held. The relic management board also creates conditions for people to rent places to sell goods in the relic area at cheap prices. Therefore, people in this area also get rich from food services, parking fees, and places to rest.
Bringing economic and social values to promote the spiritual and material cultural life of the people is not wrong. But that does not mean that we should overemphasize economic profits and forget the true value of the festival that people come to. Participating in the festival is to go to a sacred place, not a place of commerce or market to rip each other off. Or spending money indiscriminately, donating a lot because we think that the more we donate, the more we receive (virtual value) and forget that when going to the temple, all we need is sincerity.
CONCLUDE
Nowadays, with the continuous development of the country, the preservation and promotion of the value of relics and festivals is extremely important. The State and the people always try to build, embellish and preserve relic sites, as well as festivals so that the relics and festivals can increasingly promote their good values. Because all traditional values become the foundation for building the future, but if we want those values to become a solid foundation, the research and inheritance must be based on science.
Research on historical relics and traditional festivals will help us understand more about those areas, contributing to preserving the good values of the Vietnamese national cultural identity. Understanding historical relics as well as festivals is also understanding more about the cultural identity of the Vietnamese people, so the historical relics and festivals of Trang Trinh Nguyen Binh Khiem Temple are precious, unique and special heritages of the nation, it needs to be preserved for future generations. That is the spiritual strength and cultural quintessence of the nation.
Although there are still limitations in the management of relics as well as the management and organization of festivals, the historical relics and the festival of Trang Trinh Nguyen Binh Khiem Temple have played a good role in consolidating the community, meeting the religious needs of the people in the area and visitors from all over the world, preserving the traditional cultural values of the nation while constantly absorbing the advances of the times so that the relic site becomes more and more spacious, the festival also develops more and more civilized to contribute to the process of economic, cultural and social development. At the same time, educating the younger generation to respect and admire the talent and virtue of Nguyen Binh Khiem.
