potential, position and international prestige as today" [39; p.25]; "the great achievements of historical significance are the crystallization of the creativity of our Party and people, affirming that the path to socialism is completely consistent with Vietnam's reality and the development trend of the times; affirming that the correct leadership of the Party is the leading factor deciding the victory of the Vietnamese revolution" [39; p.104].
For every Vietnamese citizen, the Party is a very noble and sacred image. University students in the North Central region have pride and firm belief in the leadership role of the Party. The survey results show that 92.5% of students "strongly agree" and 7.5% of students "agree" that the Party "is the decisive factor in all victories of the Vietnamese revolution" (Chart 3.1).

Chapter III Conclusion
Through the issues presented in Chapter II, we can come to some conclusions:
Based on the strengths of available tourism resources, the types of tourism in Tien Lang that need to be promoted in the coming time are sightseeing and resort tourism, discovery tourism, weekend tourism. To improve the quality and diversify tourism products, Tien Lang district needs to combine with local cultural tourism resources, at the same time combine with surrounding areas, build rich tourism products. The strengths of Tien Lang tourism are eco-tourism and cultural tourism, so developing Tien Lang tourism must always go hand in hand with restoring and preserving types of cultural tourism resources. Some necessary measures to support and improve the efficiency of exploiting tourism resources in Tien Lang are: strengthening the construction of technical facilities and labor force serving tourism, actively promoting and advertising tourism, and expanding forms of capital mobilization for tourism development.

1. Based on the results achieved within the framework of the thesis's needs, some basic conclusions can be drawn as follows:
Tien Lang is a locality with great potential for tourism development. The relatively abundant cultural tourism resources and ecological tourism resources have great appeal to tourists. Based on this potential, Tien Lang can build a unique tourism industry that is competitive enough with other localities within Hai Phong city and neighboring areas.
In recent years, the exploitation of the advantages of resources to develop tourism and build tourist routes in Tien Lang has not been commensurate with the available potential. In terms of quantity, many resource objects have not been brought into the purpose of tourism development. In terms of time, the regular service time has not been extended to attract more visitors. Infrastructure and technical facilities are still weak. The labor force is still thin and weak in terms of expertise. Tourism programs and routes have not been organized properly, the exploitation content is still monotonous, so it has not attracted many visitors. Although resources have not been mobilized much for tourism development, they are facing the risk of destruction and degradation.
2. Based on the results of investigation, analysis, synthesis, evaluation and selective absorption of research results of related topics, the thesis has proposed a number of necessary solutions to improve the efficiency of exploiting tourism resources in Tien Lang such as: promoting the restoration and conservation of tourism resources, focusing on investment and key exploitation of ecotourism resources, strengthening the construction of infrastructure and tourism workforce. Expanding forms of capital mobilization. In addition, the thesis has built a number of tourist routes of Hai Phong in which Tien Lang tourism resources play an important role.
Exploiting Tien Lang tourism resources for tourism development is currently facing many difficulties. The above measures, if applied synchronously, will likely bring new prospects for the local tourism industry, contributing to making Tien Lang tourism an important economic sector in the district's economic structure.

This result gives us confidence in a generation of students with a strong political stance, worthy of being the vanguard in the cause of building and defending the country.
Teaching political theory subjects to students is to make the most advanced scientific theories of the era penetrate the elite social forces, contributing to the formation of a revolutionary worldview, outlook on life and scientific methodology. According to the survey results, 99.4% of students affirmed that studying political theory subjects is "very necessary" and "necessary" (Chart 3.2). This result is due to the attention and importance paid to the education of political theory subjects by universities. Scientific knowledge of political theory subjects has been absorbed and assimilated by students, forming their political qualities.

Students not only identified studying political theory subjects as “very necessary”, but also “are very interested in studying political theory subjects” (59.6% of students chose this result) (Chart 3.3). Political theory subjects are considered dry and abstract knowledge, but are very important for the formation of students’ political qualities.

From their interest and love, students have learned knowledge related to subjects through a number of typical models such as: Storytelling contest about Ho Chi Minh's moral example, writing contest "Diary following Uncle Ho's words", equipping bookcases "Students study and follow Uncle Ho's words", screening documentary films on the topics "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example". During the 9th Congress term of the Vietnam Student Association, 2,763,152 students registered to study and follow Uncle Ho's words, of which 50,502 students were commended for actively participating in Directive 03, Directive 05 [72; p.26].
Implementing Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Association has created a thematic infographic "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle on responsibility, honesty, saying goes with doing", attracting hundreds of likes and direct shares on the Vietnam Student Association fanpage, more than 35,000 accesses and interactions of members and students [76; p.5].
Students of Ha Tinh University responded to the writing contest "Vietnamese youth study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" with
1,435 entries; the online contest "Youth studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" with over 1,584 entries [81; p.3]. Hong Duc University students won first prize in the North Central region cluster round of the 4th National Olympic Competition on Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's ideology called "Light to the Way" in 2021. Thus, it is not that Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's ideology are difficult to learn or lack appeal to students. When universities create a positive learning atmosphere and environment, it will create interest in learning for students.
In recent years, hostile forces have targeted university students with many destructive contents, including the elimination of political theory subjects. In essence, they want students to understand less about political theory so that their stance is not solid, making it easier to lure and exploit. Absorbing and mastering Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought will contribute to building a generation of students with a solid political stance, cultivating a communist outlook on life, having revolutionary ideals and faith in humanistic and progressive values.
Second, students must consciously comply with state laws; strictly comply with school regulations and rules; and strictly maintain discipline in speaking according to legal principles and regulations.
To strengthen the political stance of students, in addition to mastering political theory subjects, students' understanding of policies and laws is very important. In recent years, the Party and the State have issued many policies and laws to ensure the comprehensive development of young people. Thoroughly grasping, integrating, and propagating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and especially supplementing legal knowledge for students, in 2020, the "Students with the Law" column on the Vietnam Student Association website had 2,134 activities to propagate and disseminate the law to students nationwide, attracting 1,296,849 students to participate. In 2020, the online contest "School Law" on the occasion of the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (November 9) with nearly 315,000 contestants proved its attraction and appeal to young students in the "playground" of learning about the law [72; p.28].
The Student Association of universities in the North Central region always focuses on activities to educate citizens' awareness, awareness of respecting and strictly complying with the provisions of the law, rules and regulations of the school. Students of Quang Binh University actively "Competition to respond to the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, contributing to improving the effectiveness of building, implementing and protecting the law"; actively participate in the "Student Competition with Law on Education". Students of Ha Tinh University enthusiastically responded to the "Understanding Youth Law" contest in 2021, in order to grasp the policies and guidelines of the Party, the State, and the Youth Union in the new period. In 2021, nearly
1,000 students of Vinh University participated in "Propaganda and dissemination of laws on traffic safety and order, traffic culture for students". These results show that the participants are aware of improving their understanding of the law.

law, voluntarily comply with the law, thereby helping them to be confident and proactive in promoting their role and responsibility towards the community and the country.
From the reality of studying universities, the number of students violating the law in the past 5 years has decreased significantly, there have been no serious violations of the law, the number of students violating the law and having to be forced to leave school accounts for only a very small percentage. As a student and a citizen, students are very aware of their role and duty in pioneering and setting an example in complying with all school rules and regulations, strictly implementing the Grassroots Democracy Regulations, creating consensus and solidarity in the locality and place of residence. Many students also participate in self-management teams, ensuring security, order, discipline and order in schools, preventing social evils and crimes in schools and in society.
Faced with the emergence and complicated developments of the COVID-19 pandemic, students have strictly followed disease prevention and control measures, absolutely complying with the 5K and 9K regulations of the Ministry of Health. Exemplary in strictly implementing local regulations when related to epidemic areas.
Third, resolutely fight against all acts of infringement upon the interests of the nation and people, resolutely protect and maintain the independence and sovereignty of the Fatherland.
In recent years, universities in the North Central region have achieved many positive results in student education. Generations of students increasingly have better environments and conditions to practice and mature, contributing to the formation of revolutionary ideals, political courage, ethics, cultural lifestyle, and compliance with the law. The role of firmly protecting the Party's ideological foundation and effectively combating and refuting erroneous and hostile viewpoints is both a top priority task and a voluntary and regular task of students.
In order to carry out their plots to sabotage our country's revolution, hostile forces have always considered the young generation as the main target for propaganda and sabotage. Nowadays, they thoroughly exploit the development of information and communication technology, especially the internet and social networks, to infiltrate, connect, and negatively impact the ideology, will and mettle of students, with the aim of "transforming" the students' stance. They take advantage of politically sensitive events such as environmental pollution at Vung Ang port caused by Formosa (2016), land-related complaints, compensation for damages, etc. to fabricate a lot of false information.

biased, ambiguous, sensational, directing public opinion to the wrong point of view, creating forums for many young people to access and inciting negative comments, causing many people, especially gullible young people, to follow suit, unintentionally "giving the enemy a weapon". However, students of universities in the North Central region still clearly show correct political awareness, the majority of students are enthusiastic, passionate about the revolution, not swayed or fascinated by the sabotage and distortion plots of hostile forces. Survey results show that the majority of students affirm that "the task of students in protecting the Party's ideological foundation" is very important (accounting for 79.4% of students); is important (accounting for 12.2% of students) (Chart 3.5).

Defending the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is the task of the entire Party, the entire army and the entire people, requiring the determination of the Party and the awareness and responsibility of all citizens, especially the sense of responsibility of generations of young people and students. In 2020, Hong Duc University organized a scientific seminar: "Some solutions to raise awareness and responsibility of students in protecting the Fatherland in the new situation", emphasizing the responsibility of students in the task of defending the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. In the current period, that responsibility does not necessarily mean holding a gun like previous generations, but needs to clearly understand and thoroughly understand the policies and viewpoints of the Party and the laws of the State to propagate to everyone. Once they have a thorough understanding, students will propagate to those around them to have a common awareness, understanding and proper behavior so that national interests are always protected.
Continuing to affirm the guiding viewpoint of our Party, which is: "Proactively, resolutely, persistently fight with appropriate measures to protect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country."

rights to sea, islands, airspace and maintaining peace and stability for national development" [38; p.146], the Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Association always promotes propaganda activities on borders, seas, islands, sea and island sovereignty, and national sovereignty. In 2020, the contest "Student ideas to protect sovereignty and develop the sea and islands of the Fatherland" was enthusiastically responded to by students nationwide; in the first semester of the 2020-2021 school year, 257 activities were carried out with the participation of 188,068 students nationwide [78; p.6].
Aware of the role of students with the sea and islands of the Fatherland, fostering love and awareness of students with the sovereignty of the sea and islands, developing the sea and island economy, Vinh University students actively participate in the program "Students with the sea and islands of the Fatherland". Participate in the journey "Students with the Central Sea and Islands" with main activities such as: cultural exchange and propaganda on marine environmental sanitation, marine environmental sanitation in island districts; presenting more than 5,000 flags to fishermen, 50 scholarships and many electronic devices to the Border Guard Station of Ly Son island district; gifts for 50 households at 4 stops from Nghe An to Quang Nam. Coordinate with the Provincial Student Association to organize the program "Nghe An Students with the Sea and Islands, Fatherland" in 2020 [80; p.6].
Competitions on seas and islands are always enthusiastically participated in by the majority of university students in the North Central region and achieve high results. In 2020, students of Ha Tinh University participated in the competition "The seas and islands of the Fatherland and the 65-year tradition of the heroic Vietnam People's Navy"; students of Quang Binh University responded to the competition "I love my homeland's seas and islands", etc. Thereby, students are propagated and educated about patriotism, promote professional knowledge, the spirit of vanguard and volunteering in protecting sovereignty, building and developing the seas and islands of the Fatherland.
3.2.1.2. On political qualities of students
Continuing the heroic tradition of the nation and the Party, students of universities in the North Central region always uphold the spirit of patriotism, the determination to build and defend the Fatherland; are ready to sacrifice for the revolutionary cause, volunteer for the community; live responsibly with their families and society; have the aspiration to contribute to the country and the people, have a rich cultural and spiritual life, a safe and healthy environment, and believe in the leadership of the Party and the development of the country. That is a manifestation of absolute loyalty to the revolutionary cause.

Firstly, having a passionate patriotism and the will to establish oneself and make a career. After thousands of years of building and defending the country, the tradition of patriotism,
Fighting against foreign invaders, the sense of community solidarity is both an emotion and an ideology, at the same time a philosophy, a standard for judging right and wrong, good and bad, right and wrong, a compass for the actions of every Vietnamese citizen. Students of universities in the North Central region were born and raised on a land rich in revolutionary traditions, always aware of the great sacrifices of previous generations who preserved every inch of land and river so that today's generation can study and contribute with peace of mind.
Patriotism and patriotic spirit are precious traditional values of the nation, the endogenous resources of the Vietnamese people, nurtured by solidarity, solidarity, mutual support and assistance to fight against natural disasters, enemies and even epidemics. Today's generation of students has turned patriotism into a driving force, first of all, to link personal responsibility to become the aspiration of all Vietnamese people. Patriotism means loving compatriots and, more importantly, respecting the revolutionary historical tradition, being attached to and protecting the regime, protecting the Party; being loyal to the revolutionary cause under the leadership of the Party. Therefore, when we studied the expression of "patriotic spirit, national pride" of university students in the North Central region, the majority of responses were "very good" (accounting for 97.2% of students) (Chart 3.6).
