PROBLEM STATEMENT

The world today is in the first decade of the 21st century, the continuation of the 20th century with many profound changes for humanity, the devastation of two world wars, followed by the strong development of industry in developed countries, the stormy development of science and technology in the last decade of the last century has brought to humanity many great achievements in science, socio-economics. Along with the results of science and technology that humans have achieved, there are consequences of that development such as: heavily polluted environment, ozone layer depletion, continuous natural disasters, droughts, floods, earthquakes, forest fires... epidemics raging, tens of thousands of people dead, costing billions of dollars. From there, a huge task has been set for humanity, which is the issue of protecting nature and conserving forests. This is a particularly important task, because the Forest is the roof of the world, if that roof is destroyed, many bad things will happen to the people living in that common roof. The living environment is a global issue of all countries in the world, for the survival of our planet.

In recent years, along with the significant improvement in people's material and spiritual life, the demand for tourism has been increasingly developed. Tourism is closely related to the natural environment. Therefore, if tourism is not properly oriented and strictly managed, the natural environment will be severely damaged, including many primeval forests, protective forests... In fact, we are paying the price with natural disasters such as floods and droughts that have significantly affected the national economy.
