Due to limited knowledge and research time, the thesis inevitably has shortcomings. Therefore, I look forward to receiving guidance from teachers, experts as well as your comments to make the thesis more complete.
Chapter III Conclusion
Through the issues presented in Chapter II, we can come to some conclusions:
Based on the strengths of available tourism resources, the types of tourism in Tien Lang that need to be promoted in the coming time are sightseeing and resort tourism, discovery tourism, weekend tourism. To improve the quality and diversify tourism products, Tien Lang district needs to combine with local cultural tourism resources, at the same time combine with surrounding areas, build rich tourism products. The strengths of Tien Lang tourism are eco-tourism and cultural tourism, so developing Tien Lang tourism must always go hand in hand with restoring and preserving types of cultural tourism resources. Some necessary measures to support and improve the efficiency of exploiting tourism resources in Tien Lang are: strengthening the construction of technical facilities and labor force serving tourism, actively promoting and advertising tourism, and expanding forms of capital mobilization for tourism development.
CONCLUDE
I Conclusion
1. Based on the results achieved within the framework of the thesis's needs, some basic conclusions can be drawn as follows:
Tien Lang is a locality with great potential for tourism development. The relatively abundant cultural tourism resources and ecological tourism resources have great appeal to tourists. Based on this potential, Tien Lang can build a unique tourism industry that is competitive enough with other localities within Hai Phong city and neighboring areas.
In recent years, the exploitation of the advantages of resources to develop tourism and build tourist routes in Tien Lang has not been commensurate with the available potential. In terms of quantity, many resource objects have not been brought into the purpose of tourism development. In terms of time, the regular service time has not been extended to attract more visitors. Infrastructure and technical facilities are still weak. The labor force is still thin and weak in terms of expertise. Tourism programs and routes have not been organized properly, the exploitation content is still monotonous, so it has not attracted many visitors. Although resources have not been mobilized much for tourism development, they are facing the risk of destruction and degradation.
2. Based on the results of investigation, analysis, synthesis, evaluation and selective absorption of research results of related topics, the thesis has proposed a number of necessary solutions to improve the efficiency of exploiting tourism resources in Tien Lang such as: promoting the restoration and conservation of tourism resources, focusing on investment and key exploitation of ecotourism resources, strengthening the construction of infrastructure and tourism workforce. Expanding forms of capital mobilization. In addition, the thesis has built a number of tourist routes of Hai Phong in which Tien Lang tourism resources play an important role.
Exploiting Tien Lang tourism resources for tourism development is currently facing many difficulties. The above measures, if applied synchronously, will likely bring new prospects for the local tourism industry, contributing to making Tien Lang tourism an important economic sector in the district's economic structure.

According to that concept, historical poets want to find moral examples in historical figures, not contemporary figures, to educate society. Therefore , they do not praise any figure, but only focus on typical historical figures . for feudal morality according to their standards. [V7: p.43] |

This activity not only explores the life of ethnic minorities but also contributes to promoting the image of people, customs and practices of ethnic minorities to domestic and foreign tourists. Therefore , researching Dao folk tales is one of the important activities contributing to preserving and promoting the good values of Dao ethnic people in Ha Giang in particular and the whole country in general. In short , there is no legal restriction that prohibits professionalism associations from registering as an Ethiopian Residents' Charitable Society. [E15:p 919] |
4. | As it was mentioned before, there are many definitions on the notion of translation. Almost all translation scholars in their theories somehow refer to the equivalence as the most significant part or at least one of the most crucial parts of translation. , various equivalents were described by translators from different points of view. Scholars found out that the process of finding, selecting creating equivalence is not always as easy as it seems. In fact , there are many factors that affect the process of finding and replacing equivalence. [E10: p.1398-1399] |

As a consequence , on the one hand, the new form of conversation narrowed bonds of friendship, but, on the other hand, concerns grew as regards the care that must surround objectivity in gathering information. [E7: p.56] |

8. | [...] transformation, everyone out of 4 persons in Sri Lanka will be an aged person by the year 2041 (Priyadharshana, 2012). The increase in aged population will lead to an impact on various aspects such as health, education and employment, production, savings and investments. As in other countries, in Sri Lanka also, the life expectancy of females at birth takes a higher value than that of males. It is also expected that during the future decades, the gap between the life expectations of male and female will develop further. During the period of 1991- 1996, life expectancy at birth of males was 69.5 years and that of females was 74.2 years. perform , the gap is 4.7 years. But, it is expected that within the period of 2026 - 2031, life expectancy of males at birth would be 75.8 years and that of females would be 80.9 years making a difference of 5.1 years (Perera, 2011). Thus , it could be assumed that in the future, more percentage of genetic population will be |

females. Further, it is expected that the aged dependent proportion (number of elders divided by the number of people aged 15 - 60) will be 10.1% in 2001 while it will increase up to 24.4% in 2031. Therefore , there is evidence that the expenditure incurred for the health facilities and the maintenance of the aged population is more than that of the child dependents. Therefore , it is assumed that in the near future, the aged population of Sri Lanka will be a main socio - economic problem (Abeykoon, 2000; Perera, 1997). [E26: p.52]
9. | [...] According to research carried out by scientists from the United States, Great Britain and Russia, it can be said that ―computerbased lessons are more rational, that students gain more quality, lasting and, in practice, much more applicable knowledge than those acquired in the teaching of tradition. 10. | [...] Actually , Elementary Fardhu Ain' education is Islamic Education in schools and is clearly the basis for molding an adolescent (Zaizul Ab Rahman et. al. ,2012, 2018). [E36: p.76] |
11. | A positivist and empiricist commitment to verification is at its core. Actually , the real problem is more threatening than positivism and empiricism. [E2: p.1] |
12. | In 1994, Herrnstein and Murray published The Bell Curve: Intelligence and Class Structure in American Life where they essentially argued that blacks who failed to achieve the American Dream do so because they are genetically inferior and inherit deficient IQs from their defective parents. These types of publications give license to whites to justify the continuation of the racist policies discussed above. After all , if blacks are failing as a result of flawed genetics and defective wiring, then it really makes no sense to seek redistributive policies that will help them and the poor in general. As noted above, to do so would simply be promoting dysgenics. In other words , if we welfare increase spending it is not a way of alleviating the harms caused by centuries of racist policies, but, rather, simply a way of propping up inferior people (ie, atavists) and will lead to a severe weakening of the US population by relaxing the effects of natural selection. This terrifies white America because redistributive welfare policies will inevitably lead to a proliferation of the "dangerous classes" that will become so numerous that they will swamp the nation, particularly at the voting booths. [E24: p.14] |
13. | White privilege gives whites the advantage of defining exactly what racism looks like. The goal of whiteness is to create the perception that racism manifests itself in isolated individual acts or the acts of lunatic groups. Whites regularly pride themselves for their ―compassionate‖ and ―progressive‖ opposition to the White Aryan Brotherhood, the Ku Klux Klan, and the Neo-Nazis. By lashing out at these racist villains, whites are"proving" they have identified the enemies and are staunchly seeking to marginalize them. How, after all, can someone accuse whites of being racist if they are compared to these white supremacists groups? [E24: p.15] |
14. | [...] All of this is in line with the specifics in the development of high-school students as subjects in the process of developing problem-solving competencies in cognitive learning. [E48: p.75] |
15. | [...] All this s hould be based on the ideas of constructivism and pragmatism, as well as moral philosophy, social psychology, and modern management. Their integration and synergy allows a wider methodological platform to be set up, aimed at future training Pedagogical specialists in optimal mode. [E48: p.80-81] |
16. | [...] All this shows that under the pressure of computerization, school is losing more and more privilege to be the largest source of knowledge and new information, so at this time we must be aware of this fact. For these reasons , we have to make the school modern as soon as possible, using the currently applicable forms, methods, and modern teaching aids, so teaching would become more efficient, more creative and more rational. [VB.E6:p.90] |
17. | [...] Apparently , ESL students' comments and feedback demonstrate that peer assessments were beneficial to keep moving forward in English writing. [E45: p.12] |
In a fashion system, there are usually two categories of people—product designers and fashion journalists/social observers (McCracken 1988). They work with each other to transfer the approved meaning of culturally constituted goods to the consumers. Sometimes this selection can create a lot of problems if the journalist or social observer does not understand the meaning of culturally constituted goods from a designer point of view. As a result , the wrong meaning of the goods can be conveyed to the consumer which in turn can be disastrous for the desired image of that particular product. In addition, meanings can be shaped by opinion leaders as well as journalists. Certain social groups can support a fashion trend or implicate, spreading throughout a society. Therefore , meanings created or transferred by the Fashion System tend to be more complex and more diversified than those of the advertising system because meanings can be created by many actors and transferred in many different levels. [E3: p.27]
19. | Sengupta (2011) contends that most African countries are characterized by high income inequality whereby several million citizens are placed in extreme poverty. This kind of problem limits the benefits of equally shared growth in the continent. As a result , inequality further increases the adverse effect of market and policy failure on economic growth. [E5:p.2] |
20. | For the purposes of our analysis and an examination of the phenomena of sharing economy and crowdfunding, a fundamental aspect of the formation of a group is provided by the interactive relationship established between its members. As a result, a ―social group‖ can be defined as such only when numerous people recognize themselves as being a part of it (one is reminded of the widespread phenomenon of virtual communities) A ―group‖ can thus be defined (Rugiadini, 1979 ) as ―a collection of individuals with common characteristics, between whom a system of social relations is established, which manifests itself and requires an interdependence of behavior between members. As a result , each member of the group ―fulfils‖ a particular ―function‖ or ―role‖, to be understood as a ―behavioural model‖ which meets the requirements and expectations attributed by the group to each individual member. [E9: p.51) |
21. | [...] As a conclusion , this study has shown that efforts by interested parties to enhance the „spirit of unity‟ among adolescents living in the PPR areas needs to be initiated. This is because the study shows that the „spirit of unity‟ among these adolescents was at a moderate level. This study suggested that the four aspects should be emphasized by interested parties by developing programs for the younger generation that could help elevate the „spirit of unity‟ among these adolescents. [E36: p.79] |
22. | [...] As a result , ethnic issues continue to hinge upon who runs the government, since the government is the largest employer. [E5:p.11] |
23. | According to the World Bank report (2013)), the agricultural sector is the dominant sector in the African economy because it contributes over 41 percent of the continent's Gross Domestic Product (GDP). The agricultural sector also contributes to 60 percent of African nations' exports, and is the major employer of approximately 83.5 percent of the continent's population. In addition, the agricultural sector in several Africa countries is the major employer of the rural population. As a result , job opportunity for urban youths in agricultural sector is limited. [E5:p.13] |
24. | The alignment of inputs to outputs eliminates and controls production variation. As a result , in many American high schools, teachers who teach in areas outside of the controlled areas of curriculum (eg, in electeds such as art, music, physical education, vocational education, and psychology) are either eliminated, reduced, or pushed into a controlled area or regimented program such as an Advanced Placement program. The lower cost measure of the output (a standardized test or curriculum or both) depletes the variation of curricular options thereby neutralizing a teacher's talent and effectiveness in an area of study that does not comport with the core curriculum, thus further attenuating his or her her scarcity-value to the learning organization. Put simply (to put it simply), those teachers become expendable. [E2: p.10] |
18.
MoEYS' salaries for teachers are abysmally low. Sources cite full time teachers in rural schools will make approximately $50 per month. Teachers in the urban areas make around $100 per month (educationpolicytalk.com, 2013). This is much less than what NGO schools typically pay and what other professional positions pay. Low teacher pay has led to the common practice of teachers taking bribes in the classroom. A teacher will withhold information from lessons and then charge for "tutoring" after school where the lesson will be explained. Many poor families cannot pay this charge, which leads to a higher failure rate of the poorer children (Agosta, 2009). As a result of this and teachers' overall lack of qualifications, parents have developed low expectations of their children's education, complaining about a lack of discipline and professionalism among their childrens' teachers. [E11: p.44]
