Cultural lifestyle conventions
of Hanoi Book Publishing Company
(Attached to Decision No. 109 dated July 17, 2001 of the Director of Hanoi Book Distribution Company)
Pursuant to Decree No. 07/1999/ND-CP dated February 13, 1999 of the Government on "Regulations on implementing democracy in State-owned enterprises" and the direction of the Hanoi City Party Committee and People's Committee.
To promote ownership, responsibility, obligations and rights of officers, employees and civil servants in business activities.
Now promulgate the Company's cultural lifestyle convention as follows:
1. Culture during working hours
- Strictly follow working hours; do not affect the production and business management activities of the Company.
- Officers, workers and civil servants must wear uniforms and employee badges in accordance with Company regulations.
2. Culture in communication and behavior
- Behave in a civilized manner in communication (in person or by phone) with colleagues in the Company and guests; do not speak carelessly or disrespectfully towards others.
- Be friendly and cheerful with customers, must truly consider customers as "God".
- Have a spirit of solidarity, mutual support and assistance in work and life.
3. Culture in meetings
- Organize meetings and arrive at meetings on time, do not leave meetings in the middle of the meeting, and report any absences.
- No smoking in the meeting room.
- Do not use mobile phones in the meeting room.
- Do not talk loudly or cause noise that affects the concentration of others.
- To speak, you must have the consent of the conference chair. Do not interrupt or have an uncivilized attitude when others are speaking.
- Maintain a calm, respectful attitude towards the host and the conference when speaking and debating.
4. Culture in daily life
- Do not leave the workplace without permission to do personal work that affects the Company's operations.
- Do not drink alcohol, beer or smoke during working hours.

- Voluntarily help local people and authorities within their ability when requested.
This convention has been discussed and unanimously approved by all officers, employees and civil servants in the Company. Officers, employees and civil servants who perform well will be commended and rewarded. If they violate, depending on the nature and severity, they will be criticized, have their competition points deducted or may be subject to disciplinary action.

of Hanoi Book Distribution Company

A. For functional rooms
1. Ensure high working days and hours, good quality of work. Complete and exceed assigned tasks (including regular and ad hoc tasks), promptly meet the work needs of the department.
