especially for young people - students. Therefore, it is necessary to build a new lifestyle for students, helping them stand firm against the negative impacts of hostile forces on morality and lifestyle.
In order to carry out the plot of “peaceful evolution”, hostile forces, on the one hand, try to obstruct, put pressure on, and create disadvantages for our economic and social construction and development; on the other hand, they step up sabotage activities on the cultural and ideological front. They pay special attention to “corrupting” the young generation, including students - the future owners of the country, with sophisticated and insidious tricks. They find every way to spread depraved cultural products, bribe, entice, corrupt, and lure students into a life of debauchery, a deviant lifestyle, instinct, indulgence, selfishness, indifference to politics, to the fate of the country, insensitivity to compatriots, turning their backs on the past, and trampling on the achievements of the revolution...
Thus, in society, there is a struggle between progress and backwardness, between good and evil, between a healthy, idealistic, honest lifestyle, with a sense of nation-building… and a pragmatic, selfish, depraved lifestyle. The new, the progressive is gradually being affirmed. The bad, the negative creeps into every corner of life.
Although they are the most dynamic part of society, due to the lack of necessary experience and reflection, students are most strongly and quickly affected by both the positive and negative aspects of the market economy. The Resolution of the Fifth Conference of the Central Executive Committee of the 8th tenure of the Communist Party of Vietnam pointed out: “many negative manifestations in the field of education

Due to limited knowledge and research time, the thesis inevitably has shortcomings. Therefore, I look forward to receiving guidance from teachers, experts as well as your comments to make the thesis more complete.
Chapter III Conclusion
Through the issues presented in Chapter II, we can come to some conclusions:
Based on the strengths of available tourism resources, the types of tourism in Tien Lang that need to be promoted in the coming time are sightseeing and resort tourism, discovery tourism, weekend tourism. To improve the quality and diversify tourism products, Tien Lang district needs to combine with local cultural tourism resources, at the same time combine with surrounding areas, build rich tourism products. The strengths of Tien Lang tourism are eco-tourism and cultural tourism, so developing Tien Lang tourism must always go hand in hand with restoring and preserving types of cultural tourism resources. Some necessary measures to support and improve the efficiency of exploiting tourism resources in Tien Lang are: strengthening the construction of technical facilities and labor force serving tourism, actively promoting and advertising tourism, and expanding forms of capital mobilization for tourism development.
CONCLUDE
I Conclusion
1. Based on the results achieved within the framework of the thesis's needs, some basic conclusions can be drawn as follows:
Tien Lang is a locality with great potential for tourism development. The relatively abundant cultural tourism resources and ecological tourism resources have great appeal to tourists. Based on this potential, Tien Lang can build a unique tourism industry that is competitive enough with other localities within Hai Phong city and neighboring areas.
In recent years, the exploitation of the advantages of resources to develop tourism and build tourist routes in Tien Lang has not been commensurate with the available potential. In terms of quantity, many resource objects have not been brought into the purpose of tourism development. In terms of time, the regular service time has not been extended to attract more visitors. Infrastructure and technical facilities are still weak. The labor force is still thin and weak in terms of expertise. Tourism programs and routes have not been organized properly, the exploitation content is still monotonous, so it has not attracted many visitors. Although resources have not been mobilized much for tourism development, they are facing the risk of destruction and degradation.
2. Based on the results of investigation, analysis, synthesis, evaluation and selective absorption of research results of related topics, the thesis has proposed a number of necessary solutions to improve the efficiency of exploiting tourism resources in Tien Lang such as: promoting the restoration and conservation of tourism resources, focusing on investment and key exploitation of ecotourism resources, strengthening the construction of infrastructure and tourism workforce. Expanding forms of capital mobilization. In addition, the thesis has built a number of tourist routes of Hai Phong in which Tien Lang tourism resources play an important role.
Exploiting Tien Lang tourism resources for tourism development is currently facing many difficulties. The above measures, if applied synchronously, will likely bring new prospects for the local tourism industry, contributing to making Tien Lang tourism an important economic sector in the district's economic structure.

Directions for Promoting Traditional Ethical Values for Building a New Lifestyle for Students in the Current Context of Globalization -
Building a Strength Development Training Plan for 15-16 Year Old Male Weightlifters of the National Youth Team -
Building a Team of Intellectuals Always Originates From the Political Tasks of Each Stage and Is Associated with the Goal of National Development
- Training makes society worry such as moral degradation in teacher-student and friend relationships, degraded pedagogical environment; lifestyle lacking ideals, ambitions, debauchery, drug addiction... in a part of students; disregard for moral education, aesthetics and political subjects, social sciences and humanities" [27, p.47]. Educating them with new perspectives, moral qualities, and new lifestyles will help students identify unethical acts, dare to fight

fight against negative phenomena, guide students to develop in a healthy, positive direction, create their own ability to prevent moral and lifestyle degradation, believe in life, thereby helping them to correctly determine their motivation and attitude towards studying, strive and practice to become virtuous and talented people to help themselves and society. Moral education to build a new lifestyle will contribute to awakening conscience, creating a corridor of moral responsibility for the dynamic activities of each person, contributing to creating a mechanism to prevent anti-moral and cultural values.
In today's era, the development of science and technology, of the knowledge economy, the competitiveness of comparative advantages in the globalization process requires students to strive to master knowledge, master expertise and profession, and at the same time be ethical people, because if they have talent but lack ethics, they will lose direction in their activities, and even harm the interests of the community. Students are in the stage of "shaping" their personality, building a lifestyle, many values have not been fully recognized, especially ethical values such as love, duty, modesty, etc. Value orientation is the most important factor in the internal structure of personality, ensuring the purposefulness, positivity, and steadfastness of personality. To have fully developed student personalities, there is no shorter and better way than strengthening education, especially ethics and lifestyle education for students.
Third, building a new lifestyle for students originates from the requirements and tasks of Vietnamese students themselves today.
Lenin considered youth as "the fighting force of the revolution", wanting human society to progress to a higher level, to escape from oppression and exploitation.
There must be a generation of young people who have begun to become enlightened, in a situation of disciplined and determined struggle against the bourgeoisie. It is in this struggle that that generation has trained genuine communists; that generation
must make each step of his practice, education and study dependent.
belonging to and closely linked to that struggle [82, p.371].
President Ho Chi Minh believed that to awaken the nation, we must first awaken the youth. He also affirmed that the young generation is the "most important", "best" and "most hopeful" part of the country. Ho Chi Minh pointed out that the youth has great honor but also great responsibility, responsible for supporting the revolution, being in charge and guiding teenagers and children; the youth are also the future owners of the country, but to fulfill that core role, the youth must strive to study and practice in all aspects. Ho Chi Minh always followed and reminded the youth to resolutely overcome their shortcomings such as: subjectivity, impatience, lack of reality... and there must be unity between words and actions...
For students, the main activity is studying to form new qualities and personalities to meet the development requirements of society and educational goals. As the subject of learning activities, students always tend to strive to master new knowledge to serve their work. Besides acquiring new knowledge, students are also interested in learning about traditional national moral values. Our Party has affirmed:
One of the achievements of the country's renovation is to build a new generation of young people with morality, personality, knowledge, health, dynamic thinking and creative action; continuing the heroic tradition of the Party and the nation, promoting patriotism, awareness of building and protecting the socialist Fatherland; not afraid of difficulties and hardships, volunteering with the community; being responsible for family and society; having the will to excel in studying, working, establishing oneself, starting a career, and getting rich legitimately, determined to bring the country out of poverty and backwardness [31].
However, the market economy with its harsh rules can bring about sad paradoxes that, without timely guidance and
Adjustments will cause serious degradation of human morality and lifestyle and society, requiring students to think, have worrying attitudes and expressions, such as overemphasizing economic benefits, living selfishly, hedonistically, competing, not even striving but waiting and relying on society and family, not caring about the socio-economic situation... These are manifestations of disorientation, loss of faith, turning one's back on tradition, going against the path chosen by the Party and the people. Here, building a new lifestyle does not only stem from the current situation of moral and lifestyle degradation that needs to be remedied, but also for the long-term development orientation in the future with a strategic vision and action for students. Economic development and social modernization greatly require economic strength, but in the end, the economy is not the ultimate goal, it has no purpose in itself. Without building a spiritual foundation, a healthy lifestyle, and a healthy spiritual life, society cannot develop sustainably, the lives of individuals and the whole community cannot be peaceful, students cannot establish themselves and their careers in a healthy way and find prospects in life. The more we move towards civilization and modernity, the more society must pay attention to ensuring ethics and culture of work and lifestyle in development.
2.1.2.3. Basic content of building a new lifestyle for today's students
Building a new lifestyle for students is to develop people comprehensively in both material and spiritual aspects, meeting the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country. The new lifestyle must be civilized, progressive, positive, proactive and healthy, a lifestyle with ethics, noble ideals, and a harmonious combination of the nation's fine traditions with the quintessence of human culture.
To build a new lifestyle for Vietnamese students today, we must first clearly define the criteria that students need to aim to practice every day in life:
Firstly , building a new lifestyle for students requires first of all love for the homeland, love for socialism, the will to rise up and bring the country out of poverty and backwardness, and a passionate and honest attitude in studying and working.
Patriotism is the top value of the Vietnamese people. If in the period of war, patriotism was selfless sacrifice for the country, then patriotism in the current conditions is to achieve the goal: a rich people, a strong country, democracy, fairness, civilization, soon escape from poverty and backwardness, bringing Vietnam to the same level as the region and the world. When talking about the new life, President Ho Chi Minh emphasized: “One is to be passionate about the Fatherland. Whatever is beneficial to the country, we must strive to do. Whatever is harmful to the country, we must avoid; two is to be willing to do public service. No matter how big or small the work is, if it is of common benefit, we must enthusiastically do it” [91, p.98].
The traditional moral values of the nation are always a great spiritual motivation to help us defeat the enemy and have direction in all activities. Therefore, we need to cherish and preserve that noble value. Today's students need to promote that tradition, determined to rise up and achieve the goal of successfully building socialism. This requires students to have a serious attitude towards studying and working, with discipline, technique, high productivity, a spirit of mutual support and cooperation, knowing how to take advantage of and arrange time to study. Study to be a human, study to work, study to live together and study to be creative. Studying to work requires students to be proactive, honest in their research, grasp expertise, professional skills, and scientific knowledge to create high social labor productivity to build and develop the country. Diligence in learning must be associated with creativity, based on scientific knowledge, natural and social laws to be applied in all activities of human life. Diligence and creativity are closely related to each other, only with diligence can there be creativity, conversely, to find and discover new things must be based on the inheritance of scientific knowledge of previous generations to continue in the future. Society cannot develop without human creativity.
Second, build a community-oriented lifestyle, a sense of responsibility, a clear conscience, and compassion for students. Build a lifestyle with ideals, dreams, and great ambitions for the future of establishing a career, having determination and confidence in life, and faith in the revolutionary cause of the nation.
A community lifestyle and a sense of responsibility for students are responsibilities to themselves, their families, those around them and to society. Society always appreciates the role of students in the development of society. Through the form of attracting students to participate in political, social and practical movements to educate students about community awareness and a clear conscience, such as: humanitarian blood donation, green summer campaign, youth volunteering, propaganda for Earth Hour activities...
Compassion and tolerance are expressed in love and respect for people, and willingness to help others without calculating personal gain. They are also expressed in humanity, altruism and profound humanity. History has proven this fine tradition of our nation, and it is becoming the orientation for the Party and State's policies and guidelines in the current cause of national renewal. Thus, the process of building a lifestyle for students is to make them constantly raise their awareness, voluntarily live better, and know how to take the collective and social interests as the orientation for their activities.
According to Marx, history is nothing more than human activities according to their own purposes and human activities are conscious activities. It is the purpose that guides people to act according to the requirements to ensure their interests. Ideals are the striving and pursuit of dreams that can become reality, formed from practical activities. The ideal of Vietnamese students today is the feelings, beliefs, and practical actions for the peaceful and happy life of the people. During the resistance war to protect the fatherland, the revolutionary ideal of Vietnamese students was expressed in the spirit of patriotism and the determination to defeat the enemy. Today, their ideal is to be imbued with patriotism, absolute faith in the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and the ideal of a life of "rich people, strong country, democracy, fairness, and civilization". For students, building a lifestyle with ideals, dreams, and ambitions is inevitable. President Ho Chi Minh taught: “Students need to have a courageous and creative spirit, need to have a high spirit and a spirit of progress, overcoming difficulties and hardships to continuously progress. Need to be loyal, honest, and upright” [90, p.167].
Third , build a civilized lifestyle, have culture in behavior, strictly follow the law, respect the discipline of the country, be aware of protecting the ecological environment, dare to stand up to protect what is right and good.
These are the basic requirements in the process of building a new lifestyle for students. Human history is ultimately a history of gradually liberating people, guiding people to escape from theocracy and tyranny to build a civilized society, guiding people to free and comprehensive development. Today, we build socialism to gradually realize the above goal. Therefore, building good relationships between people is an objective requirement, in which first of all is building a cultured way of behaving between people. In our society today, a large number of students still live in competition and behave in an uncultured manner. On the other hand, social ethical standards and values are in great need of preservation and protection, students need to aim for a civilized and elegant lifestyle. Vietnamese students today must strive to study to understand the principles of life, know how to behave in a cultured manner in all social relationships such as knowing how to respect elders and give way to juniors, knowing how to live for others, caring for those around them and the community, knowing how to share, respect teachers, love family, live friendly, see the great obligation to society, have the right concept of love to resolve the relationship between love and career well.
Building a new lifestyle for students requires strict compliance with the law and awareness of environmental protection, boldly fighting against acts that pollute the environment. However, in our current society, there are many young people, including students, who, due to incorrect orientation, have a crisis of faith, live a depraved life, and violate the law for crimes such as drug trafficking, addiction, robbery, etc. All of these have sounded the alarm bell about the moral degradation of many young students in society as well as their disregard for the law. Students must have a clear attitude towards human behavior in society, such as loving good deeds, good deeds; condemning bad and evil as well as resolutely fighting against them.
fight against social injustice, obey the law and protect the ecological environment.
Fourth , build the right attitude in friendship, love for students, habits, cultural and ethical behavior in their lifestyle.
For young people, friendship and love become issues that attract special attention and are quite sensitive and delicate. The important thing is how to make them perceive correctly a beautiful friendship and love. This has a great influence on the motivation and influence on the actions of today's youth. Therefore, educating students on the right attitude in friendship and love is an extremely necessary task. Pure and sincere friendship; correct and beautiful love is the fulcrum, the source of spiritual strength that helps students rise up in life, helps them stick with the collective, with the community, always have the awareness towards the collective, care and help each other, thereby forming a new and progressive lifestyle in each person. However, many students today have a deviant, dissolute, undisciplined lifestyle, and are involved in social evils such as theft, fraud, prostitution, male escorts, prostitution brokerage... These actions are destroying their good image in the eyes of everyone. Therefore, it is necessary to seriously criticize a group of students who have an unserious concept of love, living together, living in haste...
In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to building and maintaining good habits in daily life for students such as reading, enjoying art, playing sports... to have a healthy lifestyle. Currently, in addition to reading entertainment books, students still look for specialized books, information technology, foreign languages, life skills... book fairs attract a large number of readers to buy books. This is a good habit that needs to be further promoted among young people in general and students in particular.
2.2. TRADITIONAL ETHICAL VALUES OF THE NATION AND ITS ROLE IN BUILDING A NEW LIFESTYLE FOR VIETNAMESE STUDENTS IN THE CURRENT CONTEXT OF GLOBALIZATION
2.2.1. Values, traditional moral values of the Vietnamese people
The concept of value appeared in ancient times and is associated with philosophy.
lies within the structure of ethics. It was not until the early twentieth century that value learning began.
