One of the important contents here is that the State should proactively create a secondary capital market to finance real estate lending organizations to pump more capital into the market as well as increase the liquidity of long-term debts typical of real estate credits. Orient these investments according to market requirements, avoid speculative phenomena following trends, lack of information, causing negative consequences for the real estate market. With a long-term research process on general theoretical issues related to real estate business activities, combined with the analysis of the current situation of issues related to real estate business activities in Vietnam based on many years of experience in this field, the researcher hopes that this thesis will contribute a small part to the common efforts to bring real estate business activities in Vietnam to a new level, creating more real estate for society. However, despite all efforts, with limited capacity while the problems to be solved are relatively complicated, this thesis certainly cannot avoid limitations and shortcomings that need to be adjusted and supplemented.
