INTRODUCTION

1. Reason for choosing the topic

Besides knowledge, ethics, will, technique and tactics, physical strength is one of the most important factors determining the effectiveness of human activities. Education on physical training skills helps to form and develop physical culture, sense of responsibility for the health of oneself, family and community; know how to adapt to living conditions, be optimistic and share with everyone; have a healthy life physically and mentally.

Self-training is a form of independent, autonomous and highly self-conscious practical activity. Self-training is a form of independent, autonomous and highly self-conscious practical activity. For students in school, self-training is defined as the connection between theory and practice, helping them to constantly improve their abilities, physical strength, and stimulate their intellectual potential and creativity to meet the requirements of learning activities. Moreover, each student who wants to perfect their personality cannot lack the role of effort and positivity in self-training. Through self-training, a "bridge" will be created to help transform the system of scientific knowledge accumulated in study and work with real life, while at the same time making the system of scientific knowledge constantly consolidated, supplemented and developed.

Vietnamese students today are living and studying under a superior regime - the socialist regime and inheriting the great achievements of our ancestors in the cause of fighting to build and defend the Fatherland, and are given great attention and care by the Party and the State. In President Ho's Testament, he advised: "Cultivating the revolutionary generation for the next generation is a very important and necessary task". Imbued with his teachings, the young generation of Vietnam, including students, are striving to compete in studying, training, and self-training to achieve a high level of political and cultural education, have solid health, good physical preparation, and increasingly develop moral qualities and will to contribute to building and defending the Fatherland.

Self-training of physical fitness in school of students not only affirms self-awareness and endogenous strength, but also requires the effort to adapt to the requirements of learning activities in modern schools. VI Lenin wrote : "Without spending some effort, it is impossible to find the truth in any important issue; and whoever is afraid of spending effort cannot find the truth". However, improving the ability and skills of self-training of physical fitness of students in each school in a scientific way must go through many instructions, orientations and education of teachers. To achieve the above goal, students of the school are not only equipped with solid professional knowledge, but also need to always train their bodies to create a good physical foundation, in order to meet the requirements of work, study or specific jobs of the current and future professions.

For the above reasons, the author chose the topic: " Educating physical training skills for students of Vocational College No. 1 - Ministry of National Defense " to research in his master's thesis.

Chapter 1

THEORETICAL BASIS AND CURRENT STATE OF PHYSICAL SELF-TRAINING SKILLS EDUCATION FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS

1.1. Overview of research problem

1.1.1. Research situation in the world

Education on physical training skills is an issue of special interest to many researchers and many countries around the world.

Typical is ancient Greece, originating from the belief in gods and religion. They really like the spirit of courage, strength, speed and endurance. Focus on physical education to train and self-train each person's physical strength honor the winners. The competition of athletes has become a part of religious rituals. The stability and development of typical Greek culture at that time were: Spartan culture and Aten culture.

By the time Marxism-Leninism was born, Marxism had also formed the view of comprehensive human development and considered the educational process as a unified entity consisting of three inseparable organic aspects: "Intellectual Education - Physical Education - Technical Education" , affirming that the combination of physical education with other aspects is not only a means to improve social production but also the only way to create comprehensively developed humans.

In the former Soviet Union, the concept of comprehensive education was paid attention to and developed by V. Lenin. People pointed out the correlation between education and social material conditions and at the same time enriched the Marxist-Engels ideology applied to the socialist regime. Lenin was the first to consider physical education as an important part to enhance and strengthen the health of the entire population in order to improve labor productivity, combat readiness and protect the achievements of his revolution.
