In conclusion, the thesis has clarified the current status of PTDLCĐ, the current status of state management of PTDLCĐ in some provinces in the Northwest region according to the main contents of state management activities for PTDLCĐ. These contents include: developing and implementing strategies/planning for PTDLCĐ; promulgating and implementing policies and regulations on PTDLCĐ according to authority; organizing the state management apparatus for tourism; inspection, examination and supervision of PTDLCĐ; human resource development, promotion and cooperation in state management of PTDLCĐ. The results of analysis and evaluation have pointed out the successes as well as the limitations; the causes of the successes and limitations of state management activities for PTDLCĐ in some provinces in the Northwest region.
Third , the thesis has proposed viewpoints, some orientations and solutions to contribute to the improvement of State management of PTDLCĐ in some provinces in the Northwest region. In the viewpoints on the improvement of State management of PTDLCĐ, the thesis emphasized that the improvement of State management of PTDLCĐ must be associated with changing awareness of the role and contributions of PTDLCĐ in the local socio-economic; improvement to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of management of PTDLCĐ... The proposed orientations and solutions are related to innovation in the work of building strategies and planning PTDL, DLCCĐ; improvement of policies and regulations related to PTDLCĐ and strengthening the work of inspection, supervision and handling of violations related to PTDLCĐ activities...
The research results of the thesis are expected to contribute to the theory and practice of PTDLCĐ management, in accordance with the requirements of PTDLCĐ of the provinces in the Northwest region. The results of the thesis can be a meaningful reference source for the localities in the Northwest region in formulating policies to reasonably exploit unique TNDL for PTDLCĐ, contributing to improving the lives of the people.
Despite great efforts, the thesis cannot avoid certain limitations. Due to the limited statistics on tourism activities in general and statistics on community-based tourism activities and state management results for community-based tourism in localities, the statistics on this field are generally not comprehensive.

fully to be able to comprehensively reflect the aspects of PTDLCĐ and State management of PTDLCĐ. The results of the sociological survey have not been fully collected for the subjects of enterprises and CĐDC, while the evaluation opinions of these subjects are important. Therefore, the research results have not fully reflected the overall opinions of all components on the results of State management of PTDLCĐ in some provinces in the Northwest region.
In the future, the researcher hopes to have the opportunity to continue to research this topic in more depth, clarifying the theoretical issues of State management of PTDLCĐ in the context of integration and development of science and technology, especially the 4.0 Industrial Revolution. The researcher hopes to continue to receive comments from scientists, managers, and experts to further improve the thesis./.
