Chapter 3 Summary
In order to develop solutions to attract tourists to Tram Chim Ramsar Site, the thesis has studied the context and orientation of tourism development in Dong Thap province in relation to the tourism development of the whole country, proposed basic orientations for tourism development that are more suitable to practical conditions and attract tourists to Tram Chim Ramsar Site more effectively.
The scientific and practical basis for proposing solutions for tourism development and attracting visitors to Tram Chim Ramsar Site is outlined in Chapter 3. These are solid foundations, ensuring the systematicity, continuity and feasibility of the solutions.
Among the solutions, priority should be given to immediately implementing solutions to build a service infrastructure system, develop human resources, diversify tourism products, promote and market destinations of Ramsar Tram Chim. In order to create favorable conditions for sustainable and effective tourism development at Ramsar Tram Chim, both preserving wetland biodiversity and creating livelihoods for local communities.

Coordinate with the Management Board to research, survey, upgrade and expand the planning area for investment in ecotourism development in Ramsar Tram Chim. Prioritize investment in projects serving ecotourism development and destination marketing in attracting tourists to Tram Chim. Provide specific solutions to solve the problem of environmental pollution, ecological value decline and bring economic efficiency.

Invest capital resources to build infrastructure for tourism development in Ramsar Tram Chim to meet the increasing demand of tourists. Promote the construction of traffic routes according to the province's master plan for tourism development, build infrastructure that meets quality standards to facilitate tourists' easy access to Ramsar Tram Chim.
Strengthening the encouragement of socialization of tourism activities in the Province. Encouraging socio-economic sectors and households to participate in investing in tourism development through building tourism programs to attract visitors to Tram Chim, providing food and beverage services, accommodation and souvenir products from handicrafts, etc.
Build diverse tours, link points and tourist areas with typical eco-tourism characteristics according to the general development plan of the Province.
Open training programs through cooperation with universities in and outside the province, international organization experts to equip knowledge, skills, expertise and improve professional qualifications for tourism human resources of the Province and of Tram Chim Ramsar Site.

Assess the potential, opportunities and challenges affecting the development of Ramsar Tram Chim Site to have appropriate development measures for local ecotourism activities. Propose solutions for ecotourism development in Ramsar Tram Chim Site.
Exploit and effectively use tourism resources of Ramsar Tram Chim to build and develop sustainable ecotourism associated with creating jobs for local communities. Encourage residents living around the buffer zone to participate in tourism activities of Ramsar Tram Chim through capital support measures and vocational skills training to contribute to bringing economic efficiency income to help alleviate poverty for local communities.
To effectively protect and develop tourism in the Ramsar Tram Chim Area, there must be synchronous and reasonable investment in the Park's operational programs. Conservation and tourism exploitation activities in Tram Chim must be consistent with the common goals of the locality, coordinated and supervised by local authorities.
Strengthen biodiversity conservation activities for Ramsar Tram Chim through experience exchange with domestic and foreign organizations. Propose measures and management methods to protect rare species, specifically the need to preserve the environment for resident species, especially the specific wetland ecological environment. Strictly prohibit all activities that cause environmental pollution, indiscriminate deforestation, hunting of wild animals and plants, encroachment on the core zone of Ramsar Tram Chim, encroachment on agricultural land, etc.
Maintain security and order and a healthy tourism environment to effectively attract tourists, so that visitors to Tram Chim - Tam Nong retain memorable memories.

It is necessary to implement programs that integrate environmental protection tasks into the development goals and criteria of the Management Board towards sustainable development. Well manage infrastructure and environment at the tourist attraction site.
Rest. Promote community education to maintain a clean ecological environment and conserve the natural resources of the Ramsar Site to increase the value of the environmental landscape. Maintain security and social order at tourist destinations to ensure a good social environment for visitors.
Control and exploit effectively the natural resources of Tram Chim Ramsar Site in a reasonable and sustainable manner. Actively and proactively prevent forest fires.
Regularly pay attention to and improve the professional qualifications and skills of the Ramsar Site's staff in tourism service and development activities.
Developing a set of documents and practical guidelines for Ecotourism for local communities in serving tourists
Create favorable conditions for residents around the buffer zone to participate in tourism development and ecosystem conservation by providing food, accommodation and souvenir services. Provide basic skills and professional training for local communities in serving tourists, contributing to reducing pressure on the ecosystem and creating jobs to promote social security.
Periodically check the status, upgrade and improve tourism infrastructure.
Regularly research and predict future tourist needs to build new tourism programs and products in a specific and detailed manner to
bring practical results in tourism activities. Develop sustainable tourism of Ramsar Tram Chim Site in accordance with the reality of the Park.
Propose new solutions and policies for Tram Chim, which is a member of the World Wetlands Association, to preserve the ecological values of wetlands that Tram Chim possesses. Conserve and exploit the values of wetland habitats in tourism activities associated with sustainable development. In addition, the Tram Chim Ramsar Site Management Board needs to have a plan to cooperate with the Provincial Historical Science Association in preserving and restoring historical and cultural relics in the DTM region associated with preserving and exploiting natural landscapes, and strengthening inter-sectoral cooperation in ecotourism activities.
Conclude
Tourism is currently a condition and opportunity for national parks and conservation areas to develop ecotourism combined with the conservation of typical ecological values and contribute to creating livelihoods for local communities around the buffer zone.
With its available potential and advantages, Tram Chim Ramsar Site has favorable conditions for developing ecotourism. Tram Chim has rich natural resources, diverse ecosystems and especially with the advantage of being recognized as the world's Ramsar site, becoming the 4th Ramsar site in Vietnam. This is the factor that helps Tram Chim Ramsar Site increasingly attract tourists. Therefore, we need to have solutions to exploit the potential advantages effectively in tourism development to attract tourists to visit, entertain and study and do scientific research.
The current situation of Ramsar Tram Chim in tourism development is still not commensurate with the potential that this place possesses. Every year, the number of visitors to Ramsar Tram Chim is still very limited due to the lack of effective destination marketing methods. In addition, factors such as infrastructure, human resources, tourism products and investment and development policies are still weak and lacking... To develop tourism activities sustainably to attract tourists to Ramsar Tram Chim, it is necessary to have solutions to improve and enhance the quality of services for tourists. It is necessary to strengthen and call for investment in human resource training and development, promote the image of Ramsar Tram Chim. As well as, promote investment in infrastructure and tourism services. Ramsar Tram Chim needs to build and diversify tourism types, tourism products associated with entertainment, experience, learning and scientific research to attract tourists. At the same time, propose measures to conserve biodiversity of wetland ecosystems and develop tourism in a sustainable direction. Tourism development always attaches importance to and is closely linked to the conservation of natural resources and environmental protection, while creating livelihoods for local communities.
