(Source: From the results of processing survey data with SPSS) The analysis results show that the overall Cronbach's Alpha coefficient is 0.957 (>0.6). At the same time, the correlation coefficients across the total variables (Corrected item - Total Correlation) of the variables are all over 0.3. This shows that the level of correlation between the questions in the survey and the measurement levels in the questionnaire are closely linked. Thus, no variables were eliminated during the process of classifying the reliability of the scale. Number of variables

used for further analysis were 26 variables belonging to 5 factor groups.

Exploratory factor analysis EFA

Factor analysis was used in this study to reduce insignificant factors and group them into a more significant group of factors, with fewer numbers, for use in the next regression analysis. Factor analysis was only used when the KMO (Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin) coefficient had a value of 0.5 or higher (Othman & Owen, 2000), Bartlett's test had a sig value of less than 0.05, variables with factor loadings less than 0.5 were eliminated. The Eigenvalue (representing the variation explained by each factor) must be greater than 1 and the Cumulative % Extraction Sums of Squared Loadings must be greater than 50% (Gerbing & Anderson, 1988).

The results of KMO and Bartlett's Test in the table above show that the Sig value is very small (<0.05) and the KMO coefficient (KMO= 0.604) > 0.5, so factor analysis can be performed in this case.

(Source: From the results of survey data processing with SPSS) The results of exploratory factor analysis (using the Principal components extraction method with Varimax rotation) of the factors affecting the s show that all observed variables used to measure the influencing factors are extracted into 05 factors.

factor at Eigen value = 1.198 and extracted variance is 90.492%. Specifically:

After factor analysis, 25 observed variables were grouped into 05 groups, all variables had factor loading coefficient > 0.5. Therefore, the assessment of employee motivation at Quang Binh Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank was measured through 05 factors, including:

- The first factor (factor 1) has an Eigenvalue of 12.419. This factor includes the variables: "The workplace is airy", "Comfortable working space", "Fully equipped working equipment", "Colleagues share professional knowledge and work experience", "Colleagues always have an open, friendly, caring and helpful attitude towards each other", "Leaders work professionally and prestigiously" and "Leaders care about the lives and aspirations of employees". These variables

Explain the assessment of employees working at Quang Binh Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank about the working environment and atmosphere at the bank. The transfer value of each factor is greater than 0.5. These factors are named Working Environment and Atmosphere (coded as MTKK).

- The second factor (factor 2) has an Eigenvalue of 4.858. This factor includes the variables: "Convenient salary payment method"; "The method of income distribution at Quang Binh Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank is fair"; "Income at Quang Binh Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank is competitive compared to other places", "Income is commensurate with working capacity", "Holiday bonuses are stable" and the variable "Health insurance, social insurance policies, ... are fully implemented". The factor loading value of the variable is quite high and greater than 0.5. These variables are used to explain the salary and welfare regime at Quang Binh Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank. Therefore, this factor is named a new variable, which is Salary and welfare. (coded as LPL)

- The third factor (factor2) has an Eigenvalue of 2.457. This factor includes the variables: "Interesting work, many challenges", "The level of stress at work is not too high", "The level of importance of your work compared to the whole is high" and "You feel that the work is suitable for your own conditions (family circumstances, health status). The above variables explain the interest in work of employees of Quang Binh Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank. The transfer value of each factor is greater than 0.5. These factors are named Interest in work (coded as HT).

Working environment and atmosphere: The overall Cronbach's Alpha coefficient is 0.975

> 0.6 this coefficient is significant. Correlation coefficient through total variable (Corrected item – Total

Correlation) of variables MTKK1, MTKK2, MTKK3, MTKK4, MTKK5, MTKK6 and MTKK7 are all > 0.3 (greater than the allowable standard), so the scale meets the standard, ensuring good quality. Thus, when testing the reliability of the scale to assess the working environment and atmosphere at Quang Binh Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank, there are 07 variables that satisfy the requirements. Therefore, the variables are suitable for inclusion in the following analyses. Salary and benefits: The overall Cronbach's Alpha coefficient is 0.976 > 0.6 and the total item correlation coefficient (Corrected item - Total Correlation) of all variables is > 0.3 (greater than the allowable standard), so the scale meets the standard, ensuring good quality. Thus, when testing the reliability of the salary and benefits assessment scale at Quang Binh Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank, there were 06 variables that satisfied the requirements when testing the reliability of the scale. Therefore, these variables are also suitable for inclusion.

into further analysis.

Job characteristics and job arrangement: The overall Cronbach's Alpha coefficient is 0.953> 0.6, this coefficient is significant. In addition, the Corrected item - Total Correlation coefficient of variables CV1, CV2, CV3 and CV4 are all > 0.3 (greater than the allowable standard), so the scale meets the standard, ensuring good quality. Thus, there are 04 variables that satisfy the requirements when testing the reliability of the assessment scale on job characteristics and job arrangement at Quang Binh Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank. Therefore, the variables are suitable for inclusion in the following analyses.

Interest in work: The overall Cronbach's Alpha coefficient is 0.972> 0.6 and the correlation coefficient through the total variable (Corrected item - Total Correlation) of variables HT1, HT2, HT3, and HT4 are all > 0.3 (greater than the allowable standard), so the scale meets the standard. Therefore, when testing the reliability of the scale to assess the level of interest of employees of Quang Binh Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank during the working process, there are 04 satisfactory variables to be included in the analysis of the next steps.

Training and Development Association: The overall Cronbach's Alpha coefficient reached 0.926 > 0.6 and the correlation coefficients through the total variable (Corrected item - Total Correlation) of the variables PT1, PT2, PT3 and PT4 were all > 0.3 (greater than the allowable standard). Therefore, these variables can be used for the following assessments of training and personal development opportunities during the working process at Quang Binh Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank.

2.3.3. Regression analysis measures the level and direction of influence of each group of factors.

- Consider the correlation coefficient matrix

The first step in conducting a multiple linear regression analysis is to examine the correlation between the independent variables (Work Environment and Climate, Salary and Benefits, Job Interest, Job Characteristics and Arrangements, Training and Development Opportunities) and the dependent variable (Work Motivation). Through the Pearson correlation coefficient, it is possible to confirm which variables should be included in the model.
