At the same time, the author also points out the approach and responsibility for solving security issues in society. The works have analyzed and evaluated the risks, challenges, and barriers in sustainable development. The works in this group have also proposed orientations and solutions to achieve the goal of maintaining national security and order in the country and in each locality. The solutions mentioned include: institutional innovation, economic growth, poverty reduction and inequality at all levels: local, national and international, management of all resources, protection of the ecological environment, and promotion of building a peaceful and stable society for development.
