3.4. Some recommendations
For Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee
- Issue many preferential regulations for investment in the field of ecotourism: prioritize the development of ecotourism in remote and disadvantaged areas; prioritize investment in environmental protection, human resource training projects for ecotourism, development of traditional craft villages and vocational training for the community. Consider and prioritize investment capital for tourism development activities, especially ecotourism; have preferential tax policies on taxes, land rents... for ecotourism projects.
- Based on the results of the project, decide to approve tourism development investment projects in Ham Thuan Nam district, as well as develop a tourism development planning strategy in the province. It is necessary to be more determined with projects that are not involved in compensation and site clearance, but are slow to implement, and the projects should be revoked according to the provisions of law.
- Plan to soon invest in completing infrastructure in tourism planning areas (transportation, post and telecommunications, electricity, water, etc.) to facilitate the construction of tourism projects. Prioritize tourism promotion and propaganda in Ham Thuan Nam district.

In order to exploit the potential of ecotourism, the tourism development orientations and ecotourism of Ham Thuan Nam always closely follow the strategic orientations of socio-economic development and tourism of the province, in accordance with the socio-economic development orientation of the district. At the same time, ensure the requirements and principles of sustainable ecotourism development.
To implement the set orientations and goals, it is necessary to have close coordination between departments, through scientific and reasonable solutions for each region and stage. The solutions surrounding the issues of policy mechanisms, economy - environment - society established above must be implemented synchronously to be able to build a real eco-tourism model for Ham Thuan Nam, towards sustainable tourism development.
