- Regarding lending interest rates: Interest rates are an important tool in the competitive measures of banks. Therefore, determining a reasonable interest rate is not simple. That interest rate must ensure that it covers all costs and is profitable for the bank, but it must also be lower than the average profit rate achieved by businesses. However, with the current weakness of small and medium enterprises in our country, there needs to be a preferential interest rate to support their development.
In addition to innovating lending to SMEs, lending methods need to be more diverse and rich to suit the multi-sector economy in our country.
Branches should also proactively expand training courses, improve new professional knowledge in the fields of information, e-commerce, e-banking, etc. for staff to improve their understanding and application.

CONCLUDE
Vietnam is increasingly opening its doors to integrate with the world market, integrating with the general financial market. Therefore, commercial banks are constantly developing strategies to increase market share, the Vietnam Investment and Development Bank system - BIDV in general and the Vietnam Investment and Development Bank - BIDV Tu Son branch in particular are not outside this trend. In recent years, the branch has had a fairly high growth rate over the years. The scale of lending capital has only developed in breadth but not in depth, as evidenced by the fact that the quality of loans is not really high. However, the branch has gradually paid attention to this issue, especially the branch has had policies to improve the quality of loans for SMEs, but the implementation process still faces significant difficulties. In the future, if this is not overcome, this will be a major obstacle in achieving the branch's growth target. By applying scientific research methods and theories on loan quality, the thesis with the topic "Improving loan quality for small and medium-sized enterprise customers at the Vietnam Development and Investment Bank - BIDV Tu Son branch" has initially assessed and analyzed the current status of loan quality for SMEs at the bank branch. And the last part of the thesis also points out the problems and causes, thereby proposing solutions to solve those remaining problems.

Due to the limited theoretical level as well as practical experience, the thesis will inevitably have shortcomings. I look forward to receiving comments from the instructor and the brothers and sisters in the branch to make the thesis more complete.
Thank you very much!
