Current Status of Law Enforcement in Resolving Complaints About Granting and Revoking Land Use Right Certificates -
Mr. H1 is authorized to continue managing and using this land. Mr. H1 is responsible for registering and declaring to be granted a Land Use Rights Certificate. -
Procedures for Issuing Land Use Rights Certificate -
Authority to Grant Certificates of Land Use Rights, House Ownership Rights and Other Assets Attached to Land
- Land users submit applications for land use right certificates to the commune People's Committee or submit directly to the application receiving department of the district People's Committee.
Commune People's Committee
Department of receiving and returning documents
Land Registration Office
- The Commune People's Committee confirms the status of land disputes over the land plot; consults with the residential area on the origin and time of land use, and compliance with the approved planning (if there are no documents on land use rights); publicly announces the list of cases eligible and ineligible for the issuance of land use right certificates.
Department of Natural Resources and Environment
- The dossier receiving department of the District People's Committee checks the dossier, writes a notice of appointment for results. Transfers the dossier to the Registration Office.
Land Use Rights Certificate
- The Land Registration Office checks the documents; confirms the application for the Land Use Right Certificate for eligible cases and notes opinions for ineligible cases.
District People's Committee
Submit qualified application to Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
- The Department of Natural Resources and Environment checks the documents and submits them to the People's Committee of the same level for decision on granting the Land Use Right Certificate.
