The Department of Performing Arts seriously draws lessons, clarifies responsibilities, reviews the collective and individuals involved; requests the Legal Department to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to review the system of legal documents of the industry in general and focus on reviewing the provisions of the law related to the field of performing arts to report to the Minister and competent authorities for consideration, amendment and supplementation in accordance with the current practical situation and development requirements; Assign the Department of Organization and Personnel to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Performing Arts and relevant agencies to review the functions, tasks and organizational structure of the Department of Performing Arts. 2) Regarding personnel work, the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism agreed: Comrade Nguyen Dang Chuong, Director of the Department of Performing Arts, will work at the Ministry's Office for 06 months (from June 1, 2017) to carry out the requirements and tasks of the Ministry and wait for other work arrangements. Comrade Vuong Duy Bien, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, directs the Department of Performing Arts. 3) 300 songs listed in the list have been removed from the Department of Performing Arts' website. Songs that have become familiar and popular in reality, if their lyrics do not violate traditional customs or national interests, do not need a license to be distributed, regardless of the location or time of composition. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has widely informed about solutions related to updating and supplementing the list of 300 songs in the recent past./.
