Effectively organized nursing was rated lowest with X = 2.17 (ranked 4th).

Through the survey, we see that the organization of training for teaching capacity is not uniform. There are still opinions from teachers and managers that the training program is not effective and is not implemented regularly and continuously.

Reason: In high schools, training is often focused on teachers teaching strong subjects such as Math, Literature, Foreign Languages, Physics, Chemistry... Meanwhile, some teachers teaching Physical Education, National Defense, Civic Education... have not been regularly updated and trained.

2.3.3. Current status of directing management activities to foster teaching capacity for teachers at high schools in Binh Giang district, Hai Duong province

To assess the current status of directing management activities to foster teaching capacity for teachers at high schools in Binh Giang district, we conducted a survey of 55 teachers in professional groups and 12 managers. The results are as follows: ( Very high level of agreement = 5 points, High level of agreement = 4 points, Agree = 3 points, Disagree = 2 points, Strongly disagree = 1 point)

Thus, the management board has done a good job of directing the training of teachers' teaching capacity in a unified manner from top to bottom and closely directing them, however, the timely direction and resolution of problems have not been effective. In fact, many schools have not paid attention to organizing to collect feedback from learners on teaching activities for better direction. The coordination with the Department of Education and Training and other forces involved in training teachers' teaching capacity has not been much.

2.3.4. Current status of inspection, assessment and management of teaching capacity training activities for teachers in high schools in Binh Giang district, Hai Duong province

To assess the current status of inspection and evaluation of management activities to foster teaching capacity for teachers at high schools in Binh Giang district, we conducted a survey of 55 teachers in professional groups and 12 managers. The results are as follows: ( Very high level of agreement = 5 points, High level of agreement = 4 points, Agree = 3 points, Disagree = 2 points, Strongly disagree = 1 point)

Through the survey, we see that managers and teachers share the same opinion that evaluation is conducted seriously and substantially, but that evaluation is conducted in a timely manner and that evaluation contributes to improving the quality of teacher training programs has not received much attention.

Thus, the work of assessing and training teachers has not received much attention and focus. After the training is completed, the assessment of the achieved results is still very limited.
