Due to limited knowledge and research time, the thesis inevitably has shortcomings. Therefore, I look forward to receiving guidance from teachers, experts as well as your comments to make the thesis more complete.
Chapter III Conclusion
Through the issues presented in Chapter II, we can come to some conclusions:
Based on the strengths of available tourism resources, the types of tourism in Tien Lang that need to be promoted in the coming time are sightseeing and resort tourism, discovery tourism, weekend tourism. To improve the quality and diversify tourism products, Tien Lang district needs to combine with local cultural tourism resources, at the same time combine with surrounding areas, build rich tourism products. The strengths of Tien Lang tourism are eco-tourism and cultural tourism, so developing Tien Lang tourism must always go hand in hand with restoring and preserving types of cultural tourism resources. Some necessary measures to support and improve the efficiency of exploiting tourism resources in Tien Lang are: strengthening the construction of technical facilities and labor force serving tourism, actively promoting and advertising tourism, and expanding forms of capital mobilization for tourism development.
CONCLUDE
I Conclusion
1. Based on the results achieved within the framework of the thesis's needs, some basic conclusions can be drawn as follows:
Tien Lang is a locality with great potential for tourism development. The relatively abundant cultural tourism resources and ecological tourism resources have great appeal to tourists. Based on this potential, Tien Lang can build a unique tourism industry that is competitive enough with other localities within Hai Phong city and neighboring areas.
In recent years, the exploitation of the advantages of resources to develop tourism and build tourist routes in Tien Lang has not been commensurate with the available potential. In terms of quantity, many resource objects have not been brought into the purpose of tourism development. In terms of time, the regular service time has not been extended to attract more visitors. Infrastructure and technical facilities are still weak. The labor force is still thin and weak in terms of expertise. Tourism programs and routes have not been organized properly, the exploitation content is still monotonous, so it has not attracted many visitors. Although resources have not been mobilized much for tourism development, they are facing the risk of destruction and degradation.
2. Based on the results of investigation, analysis, synthesis, evaluation and selective absorption of research results of related topics, the thesis has proposed a number of necessary solutions to improve the efficiency of exploiting tourism resources in Tien Lang such as: promoting the restoration and conservation of tourism resources, focusing on investment and key exploitation of ecotourism resources, strengthening the construction of infrastructure and tourism workforce. Expanding forms of capital mobilization. In addition, the thesis has built a number of tourist routes of Hai Phong in which Tien Lang tourism resources play an important role.
Exploiting Tien Lang tourism resources for tourism development is currently facing many difficulties. The above measures, if applied synchronously, will likely bring new prospects for the local tourism industry, contributing to making Tien Lang tourism an important economic sector in the district's economic structure.

Festival
Binh Thuan has more than 170 festivals (including more than 140 traditional folk festivals). The Institute of Culture and Arts (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) and the Binh Thuan Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism have coordinated to research a number of typical festivals of the Kinh, Cham, Hoa, Co Ho ethnic groups... which are highly appreciated by experts. Among these, the Provincial People's Committee has agreed to allow the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to select a number of typical festivals to be organized on a large scale to attract domestic and foreign tourists, becoming tourism products of the province:
- The Nghinh Ong Festival originated from the customs of a group of Chinese people in Phan Thiet, and is considered an original folk festival, with the meaning of praying for national peace and prosperity, favorable weather, and a peaceful life. This great festival has existed for a long time and still maintains its tradition. Today, it is not only for the Chinese people in Phan Thiet, but also for the participation of many Chinese associations in Saigon - Cho Lon, and Chinese people in Southeast Asia. The Nghinh Ong Festival is considered an intangible cultural heritage of the country, due to its scale and historical and cultural values, and due to the great admiration of both the Chinese and Vietnamese people. The festival is held on the full moon day of the 7th lunar month, every 2 years.
- Cau Ngu Festival of fishermen in Phan Thiet fishing villages.
- Ky Yen Festival is a festival held at the Cham Bani (old Islam) mosque in Tan Thang commune, Ham Tan district, praying for national peace and prosperity, favorable weather and favorable weather.
Cham people but have adopted Vietnamese culture during their long residence in this area.
- Kate festival of the Cham people following Brahmanism in Ham Thuan Bac district (held in the 7th month of the Cham calendar every year (around October of the solar calendar).
- Dinh Thay Thim Festival is a unique cultural feature of Binh Thuan. Every year, on the 14th - 16th of the 9th lunar month, at Dinh Thay Thim (La Gi), a big festival takes place on the anniversary of Thay Thim's death, in memory of the two people who helped cure people's illnesses. Dinh Thay Thim Festival attracts a lot of tourists to come here to pray for health and happiness for their families and for their business to be successful. During the festival, there are many attractive folk games such as: Cheo Ba Trao, Thay's story performance, martial arts performance, basket shaking competition, fish carrying competition on foot, tug of war competition... creating an extremely vibrant festive atmosphere.
- The Mid-Autumn Festival on the full moon night of August every year attracts tens of thousands of people to participate, visit and enjoy. The Mid-Autumn Festival is not only a festival for children but has become a festival for the whole society. With the fascinating features of the lantern festival, the Phan Thiet Mid-Autumn Festival was recognized by Vietbooks Magazine as the Vietnamese record for "The largest Mid-Autumn Festival in Vietnam".
- The Ca Ty River Boat Racing Festival is held annually on the second day of the Lunar New Year, imbued with the traditional culture of the locality.
Traditional occupations and craft villages
Binh Thuan's traditional craft villages are quite diverse, notably wood carving, bamboo and rattan weaving, pottery and handicrafts. In 2007, the province recognized 15 standard handicraft villages, 7 traditional craft villages of bamboo and rattan weaving, rice paper, civil carpentry, seafood processing, etc. The province is investing in 2 projects to restore traditional craft villages to exploit them as tourism products: Phu Long rice paper village, La Da brocade weaving village (Ham Thuan Bac).
Other human tourism resources
The typical cultural and artistic forms of Binh Thuan are quite diverse, such as: Ba Trao Cheo, Cham folk songs, Raglai epics... Gongs in the culture of ethnic minorities, a unique feature in the spiritual life of the K'ho Ma people, concentrated in 3 communes.
Ham Thuan Bac highland and Phan Son commune of Bac Binh. The gong culture and folk songs of the Chau Ro ethnic group in Tra Tan commune (Duc Linh), along with the sounds of the Khen Bau, Chapi, Paranung drums and dances of the Cham ethnic group are invaluable cultural heritages in Binh Thuan, an attractive destination for domestic and foreign tourists.

- Period 2001 - 2005 reached 13%/year
- Period 2006 - 2010 reached 12.8%/year
Although the province's population increased rapidly, GDP per capita increased significantly (see chart 2.2):
- In 1995, GDP per capita reached 180 USD/person
- In 2000, it increased to 250 USD/person, 1.4 times higher than in 1995.
- In 2005, it increased to 420 USD/person, 1.7 times higher than in 2000.

Economic growth in recent years has contributed to socio-political stability, improved infrastructure, and tourism landscape. However, the downside of economic development is increased waste, increased environmental impacts, causing environmental pollution and degradation, affecting sustainable tourism development.
Provincial tourism development policies and strategies
Since the early years of the 21st century, the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee have had many policies for tourism development. On January 11, 2002, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 07/2002/QD-UBBT approving the Master Plan for tourism development until 2010. On March 25, 2004, the Provincial Party Committee issued Resolution 19-NQ/TU of the Provincial Party Committee on tourism development until 2010. On October 3, 2011, the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee issued Resolution 06-NQ/TU on tourism development until 2015.
The provincial party resolutions for the 2006-2010 and 2011-2015 terms both affirmed that developing tourism economy is the province's strength, building Binh Thuan into a province with a modern industrial and service sector, preserving and protecting environmental resources. Binh Thuan strives to become a key tourist destination of the country and the Central Highlands, an important stop on the " Heritage Road" tourist route.
Central region" and is one pole of the tourism development triangle Phan Thiet - Da Lat - Ho Chi Minh City.
To specify the content of the Resolution of the 12th Provincial Party Congress on tourism development, the Provincial People's Committee has issued many documents directing departments, branches and localities in the province to deploy and implement such as:
- Action program to implement Resolution 19 - NQ/TU of the Provincial Party Committee on tourism development until 2010;
- Plan to implement Conclusion 01- KL/TU of the Provincial Party Committee on tourism development in Binh Thuan province in 2007;
- Plan to organize cultural festivals to serve tourism development in Binh Thuan province;
- Plan to upgrade Ham Tien-Mui Ne tourist area;
- Decision No. 369/QD-UBND on implementing the Project on training, fostering and developing human resources for tourism in Binh Thuan for the period 2010 - 2015, with a vision to 2020.
In 2009, the Provincial People's Committee issued a Plan to implement Directive No. 29-CT/TW of the Secretariat on continuing to promote the implementation of Resolution 41-NQ/TW of the Politburo "on environmental protection during the period of accelerating industrialization and modernization of the country" in Binh Thuan province. The Provincial People's Committee directed sectors and levels to effectively implement approved development plans and projects, and complete incentive policies to mobilize maximum domestic and foreign investment capital in socio-economic fields, including tourism services.
Among the foreign direct investment projects in Binh Thuan that were still in effect until December 2010, the hotel and tourism sectors received the largest amount of investment. The investment capital for the hotel and tourism sectors accounted for the highest proportion (see chart 2.3).
In recent years, with the great efforts and determination of all levels and sectors; Binh Thuan tourism has had quite comprehensive development. The outstanding results are: Tourism development planning has been actively implemented, tourism potential has been exploited better and better; investment in construction and upgrading of infrastructure serving tourism
Tourism continues to be promoted. A number of key tourist areas of the province have been gradually formed, in which the Ham Tien - Mui Ne - Hon Rom tourism brand has become increasingly known to domestic and international tourists.
