The elements in the system have an organic relationship with each other, operate in mutual constraints, intertwine, connect with each other to create unity in the process of developing the team of teachers and lecturers at tourism training and vocational training establishments in general and in Lam Dong province in particular.
Each solution has relative independence in terms of role, nature and position. The ability to promote at each time and each specific situation is also different. On the other hand, they also require a unified and smooth coordination mechanism in the implementation process to be able to bring high efficiency on the target roadmap. Therefore, the thesis has proposed recommendations to the State, the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province and to tourism training and vocational training establishments in the research area to create more conditions for the solutions to be feasible.
