Chapter III Conclusion
Through the issues presented in Chapter II, we can come to some conclusions:
Based on the strengths of available tourism resources, the types of tourism in Tien Lang that need to be promoted in the coming time are sightseeing and resort tourism, discovery tourism, weekend tourism. To improve the quality and diversify tourism products, Tien Lang district needs to combine with local cultural tourism resources, at the same time combine with surrounding areas, build rich tourism products. The strengths of Tien Lang tourism are eco-tourism and cultural tourism, so developing Tien Lang tourism must always go hand in hand with restoring and preserving types of cultural tourism resources. Some necessary measures to support and improve the efficiency of exploiting tourism resources in Tien Lang are: strengthening the construction of technical facilities and labor force serving tourism, actively promoting and advertising tourism, and expanding forms of capital mobilization for tourism development.
CONCLUDE
I Conclusion
1. Based on the results achieved within the framework of the thesis's needs, some basic conclusions can be drawn as follows:
Tien Lang is a locality with great potential for tourism development. The relatively abundant cultural tourism resources and ecological tourism resources have great appeal to tourists. Based on this potential, Tien Lang can build a unique tourism industry that is competitive enough with other localities within Hai Phong city and neighboring areas.
In recent years, the exploitation of the advantages of resources to develop tourism and build tourist routes in Tien Lang has not been commensurate with the available potential. In terms of quantity, many resource objects have not been brought into the purpose of tourism development. In terms of time, the regular service time has not been extended to attract more visitors. Infrastructure and technical facilities are still weak. The labor force is still thin and weak in terms of expertise. Tourism programs and routes have not been organized properly, the exploitation content is still monotonous, so it has not attracted many visitors. Although resources have not been mobilized much for tourism development, they are facing the risk of destruction and degradation.
2. Based on the results of investigation, analysis, synthesis, evaluation and selective absorption of research results of related topics, the thesis has proposed a number of necessary solutions to improve the efficiency of exploiting tourism resources in Tien Lang such as: promoting the restoration and conservation of tourism resources, focusing on investment and key exploitation of ecotourism resources, strengthening the construction of infrastructure and tourism workforce. Expanding forms of capital mobilization. In addition, the thesis has built a number of tourist routes of Hai Phong in which Tien Lang tourism resources play an important role.
Exploiting Tien Lang tourism resources for tourism development is currently facing many difficulties. The above measures, if applied synchronously, will likely bring new prospects for the local tourism industry, contributing to making Tien Lang tourism an important economic sector in the district's economic structure.

RESEARCH SUMMARY
In the past ten years, Ho Chi Minh City tourism has developed remarkably and is considered one of the nine advantageous service industries that need to be focused on developing in the coming time. From 2012 to present, tourism revenue has increased annually and has contributed increasingly to the City's GDP/GRDP. In order for the tourism industry to continue to develop rapidly and sustainably and become a key economic sector, gradually narrowing the gap with cities with developed tourism in the region and effectively integrating internationally, the City needs to have high-quality tourism human resources with sufficient quantity and reasonable structure. In order to develop human resources to meet the requirements in the coming time, it is necessary to have in-depth research to propose synchronous and effective policies and solutions, contributing to the basis for the government and the tourism industry of the City to plan policies for human resource development of the industry, so the author has chosen the research topic: "Developing human resources for the tourism industry of Ho Chi Minh City in the international integration period from now to 2030" as a master's thesis in Political Economy. The study consists of three chapters.
In Chapter 1, the author analyzes and clarifies the basic concepts of human resources and human resource development, the views of economists and the views of the Party and the State, the criteria and content of human resource development; international integration and the impact of international integration on tourism and tourism human resources. In particular, the author has clearly analyzed the factors affecting the development of human resources in the tourism industry, including: the level of economic development, population, education and training, the role of state management, science and technology. The author also introduced effective solutions from Thailand and lessons learned from Khanh Hoa province on human resource development in the tourism industry as a reference.
Based on the overall analysis of the development of the city's tourism industry, chapter 2 analyzes in depth the current status of the city's tourism human resources in terms of quality, quantity, and proportion of each group of human resources in the industry (state management, tourism career and tourism business), factors affecting the development of the city's tourism human resources in the past, thereby drawing out the achievements, limitations and causes, and issues that need to be resolved for the development of the city's tourism human resources.
In chapter 3, based on the policies on tourism development in Vietnam and Ho Chi Minh City, the opportunities and challenges from the general situation of the industry and the impact of international integration, the author proposes goals and groups of solutions for developing the city's tourism human resources in the context of international integration from now until 2030. At the same time, recommendations are made to the Government, relevant ministries, branches and the City Government to have appropriate policies and solutions in terms of State management to create conditions for developing the city's tourism human resources to meet the development requirements of the industry and the requirements of international integration.
ABSTRACT
Over the past ten years, the tourism sector of Ho Chi Minh City has been developing significantly and is considered as one of the nine service sectors that must be prioritized for development in the coming times. From 2012 up to now, tourism revenues of the city have increased annually and has contributed significantly to the Gross Domestic Product/Gross Regional Domestic Product of the City. For the tourism sector to continue developing quickly and sustainably and become a spearheading economic sector of the City, which can narrow the gap with other developed tourist cities in the region and ensure effective international integration, the City needs to have a sufficient and well-structured supply of high-quality human resources for the tourism sector. In order to develop quality human resources for the sector in the coming time, it is necessary to have in-depth studies as a foundation for making effective policies and solutions in a coordinated and effective manner. This can serve as the basis for authorities and the City's tourism industry to draw out effective policies to develop human resources for the sector. Thus, the author has selected the topic: "Human resource development of Ho Chi Minh City's tourism industry for international integration period from now to 2030" as the master thesis topic in Political Economy. The study consists of three chapters.
In Chapter 1, the author analyzes the basic definitions of human resources and human resource development, the view of economists and the view of the Party, the State, the criteria and the content of development of human resources; international integration and the impact of international integration on tourism and tourism human resources. In particular, the author clearly explains the factors that affect tourism human resource development, including: the level of economic development, population, education and training, the role of state management, science and technology. The author also introduces Thailand's effective solutions and experiences from Khanh Hoa Province on human resource development for tourism industry as a reference.
Based on a comprehensive analysis of the development of tourism industry of the City, Chapter 2 analyzes in-depth the current status of human resources in the tourism industry in terms of quality, quantity and structure of each group of human resources of tourism industry (the state management, tourism and tourism business),
factors affecting the development of tourism human resources in the past, drawing out results, limitations and causes, the issues that need to be resolved for the human resources development of tourism industry of the City.
In chapter 3, on the basis of the strategic policies on tourism development in Vietnam and Ho Chi Minh City, the opportunities and challenges from the general situation of the industry and the impact of international integration, the author proposes goals and groups of tourism human resource development solutions of the City in the context of international integration from now to 2030.
