CHAPTER SUMMARY

Based on the analysis and assessment of the current situation, advantages and limitations of the marine tourism development policy as well as the future opportunities and challenges for the development of marine tourism in Da Nang city in Chapter 2. The content of Chapter 3 of the thesis has researched, analyzed and presented viewpoints on the orientation of marine tourism development in Da Nang city in the coming time. These viewpoints and orientations are the viewpoints on tourism development in general as well as marine tourism in particular of Da Nang city expressed through specific projects and programs of the city. At the same time, some viewpoints and orientations are built on the research and analysis of trends related to tourism development in general as well as marine tourism in particular, along with the current situation of marine tourism in Da Nang city, the opportunities and challenges in the coming time.

Along with that, the chapter also proposes some specific measures to improve the policy content. These proposed contents are the basis for reference in building and improving the marine tourism development policy of Da Nang city. Based on the proposed options, the thesis proposes specific activities for the Government, ministries and branches related to the marine tourism development policy of Da Nang and especially for the People's Committee of Da Nang city.

With the proposed options based on research and analysis of the theoretical basis of marine tourism development policy, the current status of marine tourism development policy in Da Nang as well as the experience of marine tourism development in some countries and localities. The content of the chapter with proposed opinions on marine tourism development policy in Da Nang is expected to contribute to further improving the marine tourism development policy of Da Nang city, thereby contributing to further developing marine tourism in Da Nang city in the coming time.

CONCLUDE

Tourism in general and sea tourism in particular are increasingly asserting their position in the development of society. With great potential, diversity, richness as well as the contributions recorded in the past time of sea tourism to the development of the country's economy and society. The development of sea tourism is currently an issue that our State is interested in and directing the implementation. In order to develop sea tourism effectively, it is necessary to have a quality, effective and efficient sea tourism development policy. Therefore, the issue of how to exploit sea and island tourism resources in the most scientific and effective way is always a topic that attracts the attention of researchers and policy makers. With the movement of the economy and society, the contents of the sea tourism development policy always need to be changed to suit the socio-economic situation. Therefore, researching and analyzing marine tourism development policies to promptly make appropriate adjustments to the country's socio-economic situation in order to effectively develop marine tourism is always an urgent issue that needs to be implemented in our country.

Da Nang is a city with rich and diverse marine tourism resources with the orientation of developing the tourism industry, especially marine tourism as a key economic sector. Analysis and synthesis over the years show that the city's marine tourism development policy has achieved certain results, contributing to promoting and creating momentum for the development of marine tourism in the city. Thereby affirming the position of Da Nang in the domestic marine tourism market as well as adding its name to the list of attractive marine tourism destinations on the world map. However, besides that, through the process of existence and implementation of the policy, it has shown that the current marine tourism development policy of Da Nang city still has limitations that have not been overcome. These limitations may stem from many different subjective and objective causes, but these limitations are all limiting, hindering, causing certain difficulties for the development of marine tourism in Da Nang city. Therefore, in order to further develop sea tourism in Da Nang city, necessary adjustments are needed to the development policy.

From its arguments and analysis, the thesis "Danang Marine Tourism Development Policy" has systematized the theoretical bases related to the concept, characteristics, and content of marine tourism development as well as marine tourism development policy in general. From there, it has systematized in a general way, as well as given comments and analysis on the advantages, limitations and causes of the existing limitations of the current marine tourism development policy of Da Nang city. Thereby, it has given views on orientation, as well as appropriate solutions to further promote the advantages of the policy, while overcoming the limitations that have existed in the past. Along with that, to contribute to further improving the marine tourism development policy of Da Nang, the thesis has also given specific recommendations to the State as well as relevant Ministries and Branches. The study is also a reference for policymakers in perfecting the policy for developing Da Nang's sea tourism, thereby contributing to helping Da Nang city maximize its potentials and development opportunities as well as overcome difficulties and challenges for developing local sea tourism.

With the content conveyed, the thesis is expected to contribute to further improving the policy of developing marine tourism of Da Nang city at the present time. Thereby contributing to further developing marine tourism of Da Nang city. Aiming to affirm and further develop the position of Da Nang marine tourism for domestic tourists as well as making Da Nang marine tourism a destination with a high position on the world tourism map.

Despite many efforts, the thesis cannot avoid shortcomings. The author hopes to receive contributions from the Council and teachers so that the author can further improve the thesis as well as make the thesis more feasible.
