Very important includes the following contents:
- Implement the teaching program content in accordance with the textbook program distribution;
- The importance of teaching English in secondary schools;
- Innovation in teaching methods towards student-centeredness.
Through the above results, we see that the awareness of managers and teachers about the importance of English teaching activities in schools is extremely important. It can be said that this is a good foundation for the management of English teaching activities in schools.
Important contents include:
- Training and improving professional qualifications for teachers;
- The impact of the learning environment inside and outside of school;
- Attention and support from the Board of Directors and parents for teachers' teaching activities;
- Determining lesson objectives. Less important includes the following contents:
- Check and evaluate students' learning outcomes;
- Use equipment and teaching aids in teaching.
The reality is that managers and teachers do not take the assessment of students seriously. In order to improve the quality of English, the assessment of students' learning outcomes must be considered one of the important tasks, helping to assess and classify students right from the beginning of the school year.

To further study the current status of applying new teaching methods according to
In order to innovate teaching methods, the author interviewed teachers 1; 2; 3; 8. The results showed that teachers had the right awareness of regularly applying new methods in teaching, such as role-playing in communication dialogues, thereby creating interest in learning for students. However, the application of new methods was not regular and uneven among teachers, because some teachers were slow to innovate.
Thus, it can be said that teachers are interested in implementing activities to prepare for teaching English, some activities are assessed as being performed regularly, however, there are still activities that are assessed as not being performed regularly. Therefore, managers need to pay attention to and influence teachers' awareness in innovating teaching methods and regularly applying active teaching methods to improve the quality of the subject. Regularly applying new teaching methods combined with appropriate methods in each type of lesson is one of the factors that must be implemented in general teaching activities, and English teaching activities in particular.

2.3.2.3. Current status of implementing innovation in teaching methods, using equipment and teaching aids in teaching English
Table 2.11 shows the assessment of managers and teachers on the current status of implementing innovation in teaching methods, using equipment and teaching aids in teaching English at school.

To get more information about the current status of innovation in teaching methods, use of equipment and teaching aids in teaching English at school, the author interviewed CB3, CB6, GV1, GV3, GV4, GV7, GV8. The results showed that innovation in teaching methods, use of equipment and teaching aids in teaching is only applied in observation and demonstration lessons. Daily lessons rarely apply this activity and do not perform it regularly.
Activities to innovate teaching methods, use equipment and teaching aids in teaching English at school are only assessed as infrequent, which shows us that the above activities have not been implemented regularly by teachers, while innovation in teaching methods in teaching today is important, especially in English, to gradually improve the quality of English to meet the 6-level foreign language competency framework of Vietnam.
At the same time, the use of equipment and teaching aids in teaching English is necessary, this is an active support channel in foreign language teaching activities.

None of the activities at the assessment level were either frequent or infrequent.
Activities to test and evaluate students' learning outcomes in language subjects
Most of the English activities at school are assessed as good, however, the assessment and classification activities by student group are still at a satisfactory level. By implementing this activity well in class, we will be able to classify students regularly, promptly nurture good students, and tutor weak students, contributing to improving the quality of the subject.
The work of testing and evaluation must be carried out seriously, in accordance with regulations, ensuring fairness, objectivity, accuracy and comprehensiveness. Doing this work well is the motivation to help students progress in their studies, good students strive to become good students, weak and poor students will be promptly helped and tutored by teachers, gradually improving the quality of the subject.

Table 2.13. Shows the assessment of managers and teachers on the current status of management of English teaching preparation activities.
Activities considered to be performed regularly include:
- Organize and guide documents related to the subject;
- Organize and implement subject objectives for each grade level;
- Directing the preparation of facilities and equipment to serve the innovation of teaching methods.
Activities that are considered to be performed but not regularly include:
- Deploy English teaching content and program for professional groups and English teachers;
- Direct the implementation of training and improvement of teachers' professional qualifications.
None of the activities at the assessment level were performed very often or not performed at all.
Through interviews with CB1 and CB2, it was found that the implementation of English teaching content and programs for the Professional Group and English teachers is often assigned to the Center for Professional Development, without regular inspection. Regarding the direction of implementing training and improving teachers' professional qualifications, the author interviewed GV2, GV3, GV5, GV8, stating that professional training for teachers is only carried out at the beginning of the school year according to documents from superiors.
In summary, the management staff manages the preparation activities for teaching English, but in general, all the management factors for preparation activities are at the level of irregular implementation. In the management of educational activities, the management of preparation activities for teaching is very important, because this is the stepping stone for effective teaching activities. The direction of the activities of the professional group must be a regular task such as: directing the professional group to develop the school year plan, the first and second semester plan; implementing professional training in the group; professional group activities; attending and demonstrating lectures; demonstrating lectures on specialized topics.
