imported systems that are difficult to expand the technology transfer process (open systems allow us to develop further on those systems).
Third , open the ICT door for the access of the majority of the population, for the participation of businesses in all economic sectors in a "positive" direction . Further develop the broadband transmission system, access costs must still be lowered, there are priority orientations to determine access channels and prices for a number of subjects that need to be encouraged to develop quickly.

Chapter III Conclusion
Through the issues presented in Chapter II, we can come to some conclusions:
Based on the strengths of available tourism resources, the types of tourism in Tien Lang that need to be promoted in the coming time are sightseeing and resort tourism, discovery tourism, weekend tourism. To improve the quality and diversify tourism products, Tien Lang district needs to combine with local cultural tourism resources, at the same time combine with surrounding areas, build rich tourism products. The strengths of Tien Lang tourism are eco-tourism and cultural tourism, so developing Tien Lang tourism must always go hand in hand with restoring and preserving types of cultural tourism resources. Some necessary measures to support and improve the efficiency of exploiting tourism resources in Tien Lang are: strengthening the construction of technical facilities and labor force serving tourism, actively promoting and advertising tourism, and expanding forms of capital mobilization for tourism development.
CONCLUDE
I Conclusion
1. Based on the results achieved within the framework of the thesis's needs, some basic conclusions can be drawn as follows:
Tien Lang is a locality with great potential for tourism development. The relatively abundant cultural tourism resources and ecological tourism resources have great appeal to tourists. Based on this potential, Tien Lang can build a unique tourism industry that is competitive enough with other localities within Hai Phong city and neighboring areas.
In recent years, the exploitation of the advantages of resources to develop tourism and build tourist routes in Tien Lang has not been commensurate with the available potential. In terms of quantity, many resource objects have not been brought into the purpose of tourism development. In terms of time, the regular service time has not been extended to attract more visitors. Infrastructure and technical facilities are still weak. The labor force is still thin and weak in terms of expertise. Tourism programs and routes have not been organized properly, the exploitation content is still monotonous, so it has not attracted many visitors. Although resources have not been mobilized much for tourism development, they are facing the risk of destruction and degradation.
2. Based on the results of investigation, analysis, synthesis, evaluation and selective absorption of research results of related topics, the thesis has proposed a number of necessary solutions to improve the efficiency of exploiting tourism resources in Tien Lang such as: promoting the restoration and conservation of tourism resources, focusing on investment and key exploitation of ecotourism resources, strengthening the construction of infrastructure and tourism workforce. Expanding forms of capital mobilization. In addition, the thesis has built a number of tourist routes of Hai Phong in which Tien Lang tourism resources play an important role.
Exploiting Tien Lang tourism resources for tourism development is currently facing many difficulties. The above measures, if applied synchronously, will likely bring new prospects for the local tourism industry, contributing to making Tien Lang tourism an important economic sector in the district's economic structure.

“The Gap” In Research Related To The Thesis
Identify the advantages and recognize the difficulties from the perspective of knowledge-based economic development in our country in the context of international economic integration, creating the basis for identifying the main viewpoints on approaching and developing knowledge-based economy, thereby clarifying the directions and thereby determining the model of knowledge-based economic development in our country.
From the directions and generalization of the directional goals of knowledge-based economic development in the period of 2020 and vision to 2030, the thesis proposes groups of solutions to approach and develop knowledge-based economy in Vietnam in the period of 2020 and vision to 2030, which are:

One is to develop a healthy business environment and change policy mechanisms to create
conditions and environment for knowledge economy development.
Second , business innovation - the key step of production innovation towards knowledge economy in the context of international economic integration.
Third , there needs to be a revolution in education and training, creating conditions for building and developing high-quality human resources for the development of a knowledge-based economy.
Fourth , build a developed ICT infrastructure and widely apply it in socio-economic fields.
Fifth , develop science and technology, innovate management of national science and technology, and create momentum for the development of a knowledge-based economy.
Sixth, increase the exploitation of world knowledge.
CONCLUDE
Researching on the knowledge economy in the context of globalization and international economic integration in Vietnam, the thesis has reached some basic conclusions as follows:
Firstly , studying the history and the process of forming the knowledge economy in the world, the thesis has unified and proposed the concept of knowledge economy as the focus for the next step of research on knowledge economy. The correct concept of knowledge economy as well as the awareness of the factors affecting the birth of knowledge economy, the characteristics of knowledge economy, the quantification of the level of knowledge economy development through the system of indicators to evaluate knowledge economy gives us the basis to serve the next research steps to perceive and evaluate the development of the economy from the perspective of knowledge economy.
Second , in recent decades, the globalization trend has increased more and more strongly and attracted the attention of researchers, scientists, politicians, and business groups around the world. Generalizing about globalization and international integration in the context of the increasingly deep and wide international economic integration around the world today, the impacts of economic integration on each country give us a deeper insight into the knowledge economy in the context of international economic integration.
Third , the development of knowledge economy in the context of economic integration will impact all aspects of cultural and social life; On the structure of social labor, especially the knowledge worker class; Impact on the change of development thinking - thinking towards knowledge economy; Strong impact on production relations but also deepen the contradictions of the era. However, for developing countries, the necessity of the process of international economic integration and knowledge economy development shortens industrialization and modernization, and cannot wait for classical industrialization.
The thesis also analyzed the current state of Vietnam's economic development from the perspective of the knowledge economy in recent years. Besides the achievements such as rapid GDP growth rate, the increasing proportion of total productivity (TFP) in GDP, the increasingly developed information technology and communication infrastructure, etc., the Vietnamese economy still reveals many shortcomings when viewed under the standards of the knowledge economy such as: 1) Lack of an overall strategy for building and developing a knowledge economy to make the most of international integration conditions; 2) Material and technical conditions for developing a knowledge economy are still lacking and weak in many aspects; 3) The level of market economic development is still low; 4) Readiness for integration and development is not high, etc.
The thesis also identified the advantages and difficulties in the perspective of knowledge-based economic development in our country in the context of international economic integration, creating the basis for determining the main viewpoints of knowledge-based economic development and from there to clarify the directions and thereby determine the model of knowledge-based economic development in our country.
From the orientations and generalizations of the directional goals of knowledge-based economic development in the period of 2020 and vision to 2030, the thesis proposes groups of solutions for knowledge-based economic development in Vietnam in the period of 2020 and vision to 2030, which are: 1) developing a healthy business environment, changing policy mechanisms to create conditions and development environment for the knowledge-based economy; 2) innovating enterprises - the key link of production innovation towards knowledge-based economy in the context of international economic integration; 3) Needing a revolution in education and training, creating conditions for building and developing high-quality human resources for the knowledge-based economy; 4) building ICT infrastructure to develop and widely apply in socio-economic fields; 5) developing science and technology, innovating management of national science and technology, creating momentum for knowledge-based economic development; 6) Enhance the exploitation of world knowledge.
