(Data: Provided by Hai Duong Department of Education and Training)

In the 2016-2017 school year, the Center has done a good job of training linkage to teach vocational intermediate courses to the Center's students with a total of 554 students studying. The main training majors are: civil electricity, industrial electricity, auto repair, welding, construction machine operation, sewing and fashion technology, food processing... These are the majors that society has a great demand for jobs. The number of vocational students of the Center accounts for 67% of the total number of students. In the 2016-2017 school year, 45 grade 12 students took the vocational intermediate graduation exam. Of which, 15 students were good, achieving 30%, the remaining 30 students were average and good, many of whom had good skills.

The center is linked with schools in Chi Linh town, namely Sao Do University, Licogi Vocational College, and Road Mechanics Vocational College, so students have good conditions to practice right at the workshops of the schools. Right from the beginning of the school year, the Board of Directors has developed a detailed plan for vocational training and joint training to deploy to homeroom teachers and parents.

In the 2016-2017 school year, thanks to Decree 86 of the Government, students participating in vocational training are exempted from 100% of tuition fees. The center specifically assigns teachers who are both cultural and vocational class teachers. Therefore, in the 2016-2017 school year, the rate of students dropping out of vocational training has decreased compared to previous years. The cases of dropping out of vocational training are mainly due to dropping out of cultural classes. The Board of Directors regularly coordinates with the training departments of affiliated schools to inspect the implementation of professional discipline of vocational teachers, so ensuring professional assignment and teaching according to the schedule is always maintained.

* Comment:

The table shows that the level of awareness of the role and importance of TVN activities in the center is different. In general, the management team has recognized the importance of this activity. However, there is still a large number of teachers doing TVN work who think that this activity is a formality and "unnecessary" (16.7%); 30% of students at the center think that this activity is "unnecessary". Thus, to carry out an effective activity, first of all, each manager, teacher, and student needs to clearly understand the meaning and importance of this activity.

its importance to focus the mind to perform the activity to create the effectiveness of the activity.

* Comment:

Through the data table, it can be seen that in general, students at the Chi Linh Continuing Education - HD - DN Center have fully participated in the necessary contents of TVN activities. The TVN contents that managers, teachers and students focus on the most, at the most frequent level of implementation are "Giving advice on choosing a career " (80.1%) and " Finding out the aspirations, tendencies, interests, and career plans of students " (69.9%). The data shows that the center's managers and teachers have a great interest in career guidance for students.

Talking to teacher D.TV about the above situation, the teacher said: "Students studying at Continuing Education Centers - HN - DN basically have lower average academic performance than students in general schools. Therefore, managers, teachers and students' families all pay full attention, hoping that after graduating, they will mature to be equal to their friends ". Therefore, teachers always advise students on career choices based on understanding each student's abilities.

Among the above TVN activities, there is a content that is rarely or never implemented at the center today: "Measuring psychological and physiological indicators directly or indirectly related to the chosen profession ", with 80.1% of opinions stating that this activity is not implemented at the center. The reason for this phenomenon is that, to measure the psychological and physiological indicators of students, it is necessary to have a team of specialized educational psychologists. At the current centers, TVN work is often done by managers and teachers concurrently, there are no specialized teachers for the above activities. Therefore, the content of career counseling work has not been fully implemented; there is a lack of necessary conditions for career counseling education activities, especially teacher conditions. Teachers doing career counseling education work at the Center are limited in experience, have little training, have not received in-depth and systematic training in career counseling activities, many teachers are still contract teachers, and they themselves lack information about the profession. Teachers do not have much time to study in depth.

about the inherently rich and complex world of professions. The conditions of facilities and investment funds for this work are still limited.

2.3.3. Current status of methods and forms of organizing career counseling activities at the Center for Continuing Education - Career Guidance - Vocational Training in Chi Linh, Hai Duong province

To effectively conduct TVN activities for students, teachers doing counseling work not only need to choose appropriate counseling content but also need to choose methods and forms of counseling organization that are suitable for the content of activities and the psychological characteristics of students. To know the above situation, we conducted a survey, the results obtained are as follows:
