cooperative attitude at work, improve their own behavior. Therefore, they themselves need to:

Having high spirit, awareness and responsibility : Teachers themselves must have a positive working attitude, a high sense of responsibility and cooperation. Always trying and making efforts in teaching to become an excellent teacher in the school community, being highly appreciated by colleagues and superiors, they will feel much more motivated to work. Teachers must always love their profession, be dedicated, care about better relationships based on a cooperative attitude at work, always show themselves to be eager to learn, and acknowledge experienced advice from friends and colleagues. Only then will they feel comfortable and mentally stable to maximize their abilities at work, develop themselves and contribute to the education and training career of the school.

Improve teaching ethics :

The ethics of teachers have a great influence on the formation of personality and ethics of learners. The responsibility for this important and sacred mission belongs to none other than the team of teachers and educational administrators. Therefore, improving the quality of teachers is extremely important.

Teachers need to have professional ethics: "devotion to the profession, awareness of preserving the honor and conscience of teachers", have a spirit of solidarity, love, help colleagues, treat students and colleagues kindly, be ready to help, protect the legitimate rights and interests of students, colleagues and the whole community. Need to be "fair in teaching", "fight against the disease of achievements", always regularly study to improve professional qualifications to meet the increasing demands of the education career.

To further improve teachers' ethics to meet the training requirements of the school in particular and the education career in general, the school together with teachers and staff promote the "Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh".

Regularly Monitor and Evaluate the Results of Motivational Activities

Minh", training to have solid political qualities, standard lifestyle and behavior, truly being an example for students to follow.

This is a very important factor that helps teachers clearly understand their role and create more motivation for themselves while working at school.

Teachers need to be healthy enough to work.

When people are in good health, they can do everything more successfully and better. In today's developing era, any profession has high pressure, the health of employees needs to be ensured to complete the job well. When in good health, the psychology as well as the appearance of teachers when working are also happy - that is their attraction when standing in the classroom. Besides, it is necessary to practice sports regularly to train the best health, reduce pressure at work, choose a favorite sport that is suitable for yourself. In addition, it also helps them have the opportunity to interact with friends, learn more from friends because sports will bring people closer together.

3.2.3.6. Regularly monitor and evaluate the results of motivational activities

Motivational activities can be evaluated through indirect indicators such as: work productivity, work efficiency, work spirit, based on the number of employees who have quit, employee satisfaction level. From there, timely and correct solutions on labor motivation can be provided.

The school should conduct a survey once a year using a questionnaire consisting of questions designed to collect information on the level of employee satisfaction with the aspect of the job that the teacher is undertaking. This survey is chaired by the human resources department in coordination with other departments. The survey results will be saved and used as a basis for comparison between years to see whether the level of job satisfaction of the teacher has improved or not.

3.2.3.7. Enhance the role of leaders, gradually narrow the "power gap"

The school needs to create a friendly working environment. For each teacher, the nature of the job is scientific labor, so with a democratic, close, open style, teachers will demonstrate their maximum capacity and responsibility. The leader must be skillful in handling all tensions that occur in the school, must make his teachers "convinced - convinced" to learn from experience in the work in the following days.

Leaders should decentralize to subordinates to help leaders not be pressured by work but also have more time to do more difficult and important tasks. Decentralization helps to narrow the gap between leaders and employees. When delegated, subordinates will contribute more to the common interests of the school while the leadership can still exploit their capacity, contributing to solving the mental problems of teachers.

CHAPTER 3 SUMMARY

Based on the analysis of the current situation of creating labor motivation and the foundations and development orientations at Hanoi College of Tourism in the coming years. The author has proposed a number of basic solutions to enhance the motivation of the school's lecturers. One of the solutions mentioned is the implementation of salary, bonus and welfare regulations for the school's lecturers, which will be a great motivation for them to complete their work better. Along with this solution, the school also needs to promote other spiritual solutions to create a healthy working environment, a happy and united atmosphere so that employees feel comfortable when coming to work.

Material and spiritual incentives in a harmonious way will bring high productivity and quality of labor. In the process of in-depth research on motivation for lecturers at Hanoi College of Tourism as well as at other Universities and Colleges, the author also made some basic recommendations to the management agency to contribute to promoting the work of creating labor motivation for lecturers better and better.

CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Conclude

“Human resources – the key to success”, that is really true in the current period and is becoming more and more important than ever before the door of international economic integration. The issue of creating labor motivation plays an inevitable role in human resource management. In schools, creating motivation to promote work for teachers and staff helps them work enthusiastically, improve their qualifications to innovate teaching methods, bringing efficiency to learners. On the other hand, it also helps teachers feel secure in their work, more attached to the school.

To ensure that the school's teaching resources are always stable and highly effective, the Board of Directors of Hanoi College of Education needs to pay special attention to tools to motivate the school's teaching staff. Therefore, leaders must have the skills to persuade, encourage and motivate teachers. Currently, there are many different viewpoints and motivational tools. Each viewpoint has certain strengths and weaknesses, so the Board of Directors of Hanoi College of Education needs to choose the tools that best suit the leadership style and specific circumstances of the school in each period.

The author hopes that the above solutions, if applied, will partly promote the motivation of the school's teaching staff. And in the future, the school should pay more attention to activities to motivate employees to make efforts to contribute and work, contributing to improving work efficiency.

Due to limited knowledge, the thesis is inevitable mistakes. The author hopes to receive comments from teachers and friends to be able to improve it.

Recommendations for the State on the work of creating labor motivation for teachers at Hanoi College of Education and Training

After a period of research and providing solutions to motivate employees in general and the Hanoi College of Vocational Training in particular, the author would like to make some recommendations as follows:

In order to achieve the goal of the education sector to build a team of people who truly love their profession, the current issue is that the salary level for teachers needs to be changed. That is, whether their salary reflects the responsibility and effort they put in or not, and whether it is enough to ensure the current life for those working in the education sector in general and the school's teaching staff in particular. At the same time, the salary of the teaching profession needs to be attractive enough to attract good teachers to the school.

It is necessary to promote investment and build facilities and necessary teaching equipment for school teachers so that they can impart useful knowledge to future generations of students.

In the process of issuing legal documents, there should be a suitable roadmap to gradually apply them in practice. At the same time, listen to opinions from the teaching staff as well as the school board when issuing legal documents.

More specifically, it is necessary to provide allowances for teaching and extra teaching hours because teachers are intellectuals who require high responsibility and creativity. The pressure on the accuracy of the lecture content conveyed to students is also high, they always have to research and be creative in teaching methods suitable for each group of learners.
