Multinational Corporate Finance Management - 13

CONCLUDE

The Vietnamese economy is gradually transforming and integrating with the world economy. Vietnamese enterprises are gradually asserting their position and in the future will reach out to the international market. But we still have many difficulties to overcome. Enterprises themselves also have many problems to innovate. In which we often talk about management ability as a weak point of Vietnamese enterprises. In particular, financial management seems to be a new field for most Vietnamese enterprises.

The world economy is developing towards increasingly strong globalization. Along with it is the rapid development of the multinational company model. These companies - operating on an international scale - succeed thanks to their excellent management ability that helps them combine diversity as well as control the fluctuations and changes that come from its "multinational" factor. Financial management is always the most important area of corporate governance in general.

Therefore, to improve financial management activities in Vietnamese enterprises, we should learn from the experiences of multinational corporations in the world. That is the thought that urged me to choose this thesis topic.

The content of this thesis has studied the most basic theoretical issues related to the financial management of multinational companies. These are investment decisions, financing decisions, decisions related to short-term finance and risk management. In addition, the author also studies the financial management experience of some typical multinational companies in the world to thereby draw valuable lessons for financial management activities in enterprises, especially Vietnamese economic groups. In the part of studying the possibility of applying those experiences to Vietnamese enterprises, I would like to present

Some proposed solutions to improve financial management capacity for enterprises. Our financial management must be further improved to be able to apply international experiences and only when that is done, Vietnamese enterprises can expand into international markets to form multinational companies headquartered in Vietnam.

Due to limitations in knowledge and time, the thesis certainly still has many shortcomings. I look forward to receiving comments and contributions from teachers and students.

I would also like to sincerely thank Master Nguyen Thuy Anh for enthusiastically helping me during the time of completing this thesis.
